Jessica Alba flashed her beautiful smile today as she grabbed some Mexican take-out food in Santa Monica.  The actress, author owner of The Honest Company and busy mom of 2 looked fabulous in her floral print jeans and tank and really fab shoes!

Jessica has had so many other things on the go lately it seems that her acting career is on the back burner.  But I guess between her new company, her book and her girls she’s busy enough!

As much as I hate the fact that summer is quickly coming to a close I do love the fact that it means that all my favourite television shows are that much closer to their season premiere’s!  I absolutely love Gossip Girl and with this being it’s last season I am very much looking forward to seeing how things will end for our favourite Upper East Siders.

Leighton Meester was spotted on set today looking very Blair Waldorf-esque, at least from the neck up.  Leighton brought along her cute little dog Trudie to set with her too.  I really really hope that we’ll finally get to see Blair and Chuck happy together before the series ends, but you never know!

Aww, looks like January Jones had the perfect lunch date in super cute son Xander today! The duo were spotted out in West Hollywood heading to grab a bite along with some friends.  I can’t get over how big Xander is getting! He’s so adorable and seems to be growing like a weed.

January is still rocking the red hair, although it’s not quite as bright red as it was. Although that tends to happen with hair colour though. I still think I prefer her as a blonde. What do you think? Do you like January as a redhead or a blonde?  I think Mad Men already has it’s stunning red head anyway!

Wow! Who even knew that these two were a couple?! Avril Lavigne and fellow Canadian Chad Kroeger are engaged to be married! Avril and Chad, who is the lead singer for the group Nickleback, have been quietly dating for about 6 months after he started working with Avril to co-write a song for her upcoming album.  They announced today that they are engaged to be married.  This will be Avril’s second marriage and Chad’s first.

According to PEOPLE, Kroeger proposed on August 8 with a 14 carat diamond ring and according to a source;

“He makes her so happy,”

“Both of their families could not be more excited.”

Avril, who is 27, was previously married to another Canadian singer – Sum 41 front man Derek Whibley.  I must admit this engagement completely shocked me.  These two definitely kept their relationship completely under wraps but I did come across these pictures of the two from May dining together in Paris, although the photo agency had Chad listed as ‘an unidentified male’.  Congratulations to both of them!

The countdown is on! In less than month, Nick Lachey is officially going to be a celebrity dad as his pregnant wife, Vanessa Lachey is due to give birth. The “Stars Earn Stripes” star was spotted picking up a few groceries for his growing family at a Ralph’s grocery store in Los Angeles, Calif. on Tuesday afternoon. He’s such a good husband, isn’t he?

Tell us, have you watched “Stars Earn Stripes” on NBC just yet? I haven’t, and that’s just because I’ve been so behind with my work after watching the Olympics for two straight weeks. If you’re watching it, tell us, is it worth tuning into?

A lot of my friends who do Cross Fit also calls themselves “beasts” for being so fit, and I think that’s what Vanessa Hudgens had in mind while she was spotted wearing this t-shirt out and about in Los Angeles, Calif. on Tuesday. She is after all at the gym almost everyday, so I guess you can call her a beast!

The actress just looked like she was minding her own business as she was running a few errands on her own. She also wore a hat that said “Keeping The Faith.” So if I have this right, Vanessa is telling us to find our beast while keeping the faith?!?! LOL.
