We haven’t spotted Dita Von Teese out and about in awhile, but on Aug. 20, the dark-haired beauty enjoyed an afternoon outing in West Hollywood. The photogs spotted Dita leaving Mauro’s Italian Cafe at Fred Segal yesterday. After finishing up her lunch, the stylish star headed on her way for the rest of the day.
