Kristin Cavallari just gave birth to her first child, Camden, earlier this month, but she’s already getting back to work. Kristin is debuting a footwear line. She loves her heels (check out these stilettos she was rocking while pregnant!) and is ready to get back in them. Kristin’s designing a line of shoes for Chines Laundry.

“I wanted to make a line for girls who want to look and feel great, but not spend a fortune. It’s important for girls to know that you can look amazing at a great price. [I] just designed shoes that I love and want to wear. This line is for the girl on the go who wants to feel great for any occasion. I definitely have a certain style and taste and don’t veer far from it,” she jokes.

I’ll be interested to see what’s in Kristin’s line. If it’s anything like Jessica Simpson’s footwear, then it’s sure to be a big seller!

‘We Are Never Getting Back Together’ has already set one record. Billboard Music reports it’s set a record for highest number of digital sales ever for a woman vocalist. At 623,000 paid downloads in one week, it’s also #1 in digital sales. Have you downloaded it yet?

Jennifer Garner said it’s “been absolute chaos” in her home since she had Samuel five months ago. Otherwise, she hasn’t shared many other details about her baby boy. A friend shared a little bit to Us Weekly about Jennifer and Ben Affleck’s third child and their first son.

“Samuel’s at an age where he is starting to do more. He has been so much fun for her and such a different experience from the girls.”

The friend described Samuel as “super chill and go-with-the-flow, but a total mama’s boy.” Too cute! When the time comes, I’m sure Ben will step in and make sure Samuel isn’t TOO much of a Mama’s boy (not that that’s a bad thing- LOL).

And I thought Nicole Kidman went to extreme lengths sending a director risque pictures of herself to win the role in ‘The Paperboy’! ‘Lawless‘ star Shia LaBeouf took it to the next level: he sent sex tapes of himself to director Lars Von Trier to win his role in the movie ‘Nymphomaniac.’ The movie is rumored to include scenes of the actors really having sex. OMG! Shia said:

“I don’t know what it’s gonna be until I get out there. I know he’s a very dangerous director, I know we’re trying to do something different. It’s not your typical film. It’s about what it’s about. I sent him videotapes of me and my girlfriend having sex and that’s how I got the job.

“[The movie] is what you think it is. It is Lars von Trier, making a movie about what he’s making. For instance, there’s a disclaimer at the top of the script that basically says we’re doing it for real. Everything that is illegal, we’ll shoot in blurred images. Other than that, everything is happening.”

Two versions of ‘Nymphomaniac’ are set to be released: one that’s more explicit and one that’s less so. Most of the big theater chains won’t even show a movie with an NC-17 rating, so the filmmakers would have to tone things down at least a little just to get the movie out there! Sofia Vergara finally confirmed her engagement to Nick Loeb (although I pretty much trusted her son’s word on the matter) in an interview. That gorgeous rock on her finger pretty much made the announcement, too! But Sofia’s finally opening up about the great news. So what about wedding plans?

“I haven’t started planning anything because everything has been very recent. I am kind of, you know, working a lot — I just started the Modern Family season — so I don’t know yet [when I will get married]. No plans.”

And what about kids? Sofia has a 20-year-old son, but Nick doesn’t have any children.

“It’s something that maybe … one day I’ll do again. I wouldn’t mind . . .I mean, I think I can still do it. But you know, when you want to do something like that, you want to do it right, at the right moment, so I am taking it easy, so maybe when I have a little less work.”

Sofia’s character on ‘Modern Family’ is pregnant: the writers would have an interesting challenge if she got pregnant just as her character gave birth- LOL.

I had no idea Kelly Rutherford and her ex-husband, Daniel Giersch, are STILL embroiled in a custody battle. Yet they are, and Kelly was just dealt a serious legal blow. Daniel had his business visa revoked, so he cannot enter the United States. Their two children, Hermes (five) and Helena (three), went to visit him in Monaco, where he now lives. The judge ruled the children should live with their father in Monaco because Kelly’s schedule is flexible enough to allow her to visit. OMG!

“Kelly is devastated by the court ruling and will never stop fighting for her children,” her spokesperson tells PEOPLE. “An appeal is already in the process.”

“To protect the children and also Kelly, I have decided to continue not to comment,” Giersch tells PEOPLE. His lawyer, Fahi Takesh Hallin, meanwhile says Giersch is “focused on co-parenting the children, and continuing to promote any and all contact of the children with Kelly.”

Kelly had been fighting for sole custody so she could keep the kids in the United States. People close to Daniel claim it’s Kelly’s fault Daniel had his business visa revoked.

“Kelly stated on the record that Daniel was dealing drugs and weapons in South America, which under the Victory Act is considered terrorism,” a source tells PEOPLE, adding it’s all untrue. “Just the accusation is enough to revoke his visa.”

Kelly must be devastated. It’s too bad Kelly and Daniel couldn’t come to an amicable resolution to all of this.
