Jennifer Lopez currently is performing in Miami (she’s still on tour with Enrique Iglesias). What do you do if you have some free time in Miami on an August afternoon? Hit the pool, of course! It’s too hot to do anything else- LOL.

So that’s what Jennifer did, with boyfriend Casper Smart and her kids, Emme and Max, in tow. Max and Emme look like they had a fun time in the water. Casper seems to be great with the kids, doesn’t he? I can’t think of many better ways to spend a summer afternoon.

Now THIS is a couple I never saw together! Rihanna and Rob Kardashian reportedly are dating. Rihanna and Rob were first seen having fun together go-carting at a party in LA. They were at a mutual friend’s party. Then Rihanna and Rob were seen enjoying each other’s company at an LA club.

“They were sitting closely at the club, whispering in each other’s ears and clearly flirting,” an eyewitness says. A Kardashian source adds that “Rihanna and Rob have been flirting for a while.”

Really, though, I don’t know why I’m surprised. Clearly Kardashians are in the social circles that include high profile people. I wonder how serious things will get between Rihanna and Rob?

Calling all Backstreet Boys fans! After six years, the group (Nick Carter, Brian Littrell, Howie Dorough, A.J. McLean, and Kevin Richardson) is finally back together. They hit the stage on ‘Good Morning America.’ The group’s first number was ‘Incomplete.’ It was dedicated to Robin Roberts, who left the show early to be with her mother before her mother died last night

The Backstreet Boys also sang ‘I Want It That Way‘ and ‘Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)‘. They’re currently working on a new album. It’s scheduled to be released next spring, to coincide with their 20 year anniversary. How can be Backstreet Boys have been around for 20 years?! Are you excited?

Zac Efron looked as dashing as ever on the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival! Zac’s new movie, ‘At Any Price,’ is showing there. This is the photocall. We’re going to be seeing a lot of Zac over the coming months. He has his movie ‘The Paperboy‘ to promote (it premiered at Cannes). Then we’ll be seeing him at some point to promote ‘At Any Price.’

According to IMDb, ‘At Any Price’ is about “an enterprising farmer whose plans cause problems within his family.” Heather Graham and Dennis Quaid co-star. I’m keeping an eye out for the trailer. Zac really seems to be focused on making quality movies rather than the cookie-cutter commercial films, so this movie could be interesting.

‘The Iceman’ is the reason Winona Ryder is stunning us on the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival! This movie is based on a true story about hit man Richard Kuklinski. Michael Shannon plays the title character, but the supporting cast is full of people we know. In addition to Winona as his wife, the cast includes James Franco, Ray Liotta, Chris Evans, and Davis Schwimmer.

‘The Iceman’ looks INTENSE. It may be too intense for me, although it looks great! Does this look like something you want to see?

The coroner has made the official ruling on the cause of death for Sage Stallone, Sylvester Stallone’s son. Sage reportedly died of heart disease. Only a small, “sub-therapeutic” level of hydrocodone (a.k.a. Vicodin) was found in his system. Sage was 36 years old.

There were a lot of rumors that Sage must’ve been doing drugs and overdosed, given his young age, and all the drugs reportedly found in his home. I’m sure his family takes some comfort in these findings. Advanced heart disease at the age of 36- such a shame! My thoughts are with Sage’s family.
