Amy Adams did basic black with a twist with her dress for ‘The Master‘ premiere at TIFF. What do you think of the way Amy’s decorated dress? I’m not sure about the decorations, but honestly, you can NOT go wrong with black! I think Amy looks great here.

Normally I’d say Amy’s hairstyle is perhaps a bit too severe: pulled back with the center part. But for ‘The Master,’ I think it’s perfect! Amy was dressing like I imagine her character to be in the movie. Overall, I’m a fan of Amy’s look here. It’s fitting for the movie. What do you think: love it or hate it?

‘American Idol‘ judge Mariah Carey tweeted this picture of herself. She was backstage at the 12th Annual BMI Awards. Mariah received the Icon Award at the Saban Theater. Mariah tweeted:

I wish we had at least one full-length picture of Mariah in her gown, but from what I can see, it looks pretty. Mariah’s showing off all of her hard work with Jenny Craig! She should, too. I’m sure Mariah worked hard to lose weight after having the twins.

We haven’t seen much of ‘The Wedding‘ star Katherine Heigl this summer! I bet Katherine’s intentionally spent the summer out of the spotlight just to enjoy some family time. Katherine and husband Josh Kelley adopted their second child, Adelaide, last spring. Their family’s had some adjusting to do, but overall, the changes seem to agree with Katherine, at least. She looks so happy.

I can’t wait to get a good glimpse of Adelaide! I bet Naleigh is a great older sister, even if sharing attention isn’t that much fun. Soon we’ll see Katherine and Josh out with both of their daughters, I’m sure. Right here, it looks like Katherine’s enjoying some adult time, going out to lunch.

‘Bel Ami‘ star Christina Ricci revealed her love of floral prints at the Elle Fashion Show! You have to love flowers to wear a dress with such a distinctive print. I think Christina looks great. Christina attended with her stylist, Brad Goreski. He did a fantastic job getting her ready.

New York Fashion Week is one of my favorite times of the year. You get to see all of these great outfits. Christina’s dress seems very spring-like to me, though. Is this a hint at what we’ll see for Spring 2013?

‘The Vampire Diaries‘ star Nina Dobrev arrived in Toronto for the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). LOVE Nina’s flower print skirt! Pairing it with a basic black top makes it the perfect travel outfit. This outfit is stylish yet comfortable. Talk about the perfect match, especially when you’re flying.

Nina reportedly wasn’t too happy to find her driver wasn’t waiting for her when she got out of the airport, though. I can understand that. After a flight, you just want to get OUT of the airport. Hopefully she didn’t have to wait too long!

Heidi Klum arrived at LAX last night. The past couple of weeks have been eventful! It came out that Heidi was romantically involved her bodyguard. Then Seal criticized her for “fornicating with the help,” implying it was the reason they split. Then Seal backtracked. And then Heidi released her own statement, saying she and Seal had both “moved on.”

As if that wasn’t enough, the 10th season of Heidi’s show, ‘Project Runway,’ wrapped. Whew! Yet you wouldn’t know all of this was going on to look at Heidi here: she looks as great as always. I WANT that scarf.
