Many celebrities use their fame to bring attention to charitable causes. ‘The Amazing Spider-Man‘ co-stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone brought attention to charitable causes in the most unusual way yet! When Emma and Andrew left a restaurant after having lunch, they held up signs that read:
“We just found out that there are paparazzi outside the restaurant we were eating in, So why not take this…” and Andrew’s sign read “Opportunity to bring attention to organizations that need and deserve it? www.wwo.org and www.gildsclub.org, Have A Great Day!”
The charities are the Worldwide Orphans Foundation and Gilda’s Club, which offers assistance to people dealing with cancer. LOVE it! I wonder if we’ll see more of this?
