Lindsay Lohan Gets Arrested … Again

I have to ask, when will Lindsay Lohan ever learn? After criticizing fellow (and troubled) child star Amanda Bynes via Twitter, Ms. Lohan found herself on the other side of the law this morning.
According to TMZ, Lindsay was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident on Sept. 19. The Liz and Dick star was parking her SUV outside NYC’S Dream Downtown Hotel when she allegedly struck the knee of a bystander. After one of her passengers inspected the car for damage, Lilo and her crew headed inside the hotel. But upon leaving, Linds was cuffed by the cops.
Though Lindsay has already been released, sources tell TMZ that the crime she committed was a misdemeanor. Her victim, a 30-something year-old guy, was hospitalized even though he had no visible injuries.
Lindsay may have violated her probation (stemming from the jewelry theft case) as one of the conditions was to obey the law. With her latest legal set back, something tells me that Lilo could be headed back to court some time soon. Stay tuned!

Seriously? I’m all for second (and third) chances, but this is ridiculous. She obviously needs some sort of help (and driver’s ed), but never seems to take this seriously.
