Celebs hit the red carpet Tuesday night for Ubisoft’s Just Dance 4 Launch Party held at Lexington Social House in LA. Among the famous attendees were reality star Holly Madison, pop singer Christina Milian, and Dancing with the Stars hottie Karina Smirnoff. Actress Taryn Manning (sporting a cool red-dipped bun in her hair) and Dancing‘s latest addition Brisol Palin were also there.
