Watching all these terrible videos of devastation left in the wake of Sandy makes it seem all the more odd to think about something fun, like Halloween. But kids around the rest of the country are still gearing up to go trick-or-treating (as Angelina Jolie knows all too well). And a lot of Hollywood celebrated Halloween last weekend. We already saw Heidi Klum’s costumes from years’ past.
