Uh-oh. With the perks of fame can come a dark side, and many Hollywood heavy-hitters have found their way down the path to drugs and alcohol.

It seems that sadly one famous actor/producer/writer who has won many awards has checked himself into rehab. The comedian has been known to use recreationally, but since dating an addicted stripper, the problem got much worse.
