Uh-oh. Things continue to go downhill for Lindsay Lohan. TMZ reports the judge WILL revoke Lindsay’s probation once the criminal charges for lying to police are filed. Quick recap: Lindsay will be charged for lying to police for telling them she was NOT driving the Porsche when it crashed into the back of a truck on the Pacific Coast Highway. Multiple witnesses say she was, in fact, driving. TMZ claims:
Sources connected with the case tell TMZ … when the Santa Monica City Attorney files the criminal case against Lindsay, it will go to L.A. County Superior Court Judge Jane Godfrey for arraignment. At the time Lindsay is arraigned, we’re told Judge Godfrey will revoke Lindsay’s probation and set the matter for a full hearing, on grounds she violated her probation in the jewelry case by breaking the law.
I won’t believe Lindsay will see the inside of a jail cell until it HAPPENS. They’ll probably revoke this probation, set a new probation (perhaps with a higher bail), and Lindsay will walk right back out. Even if she is sent to jail, I bet her attorney will have her out within a matter of days. What do you think?
