Today is going to be a rough day for Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay was arrested this morning in New York City for assault. She’s also going to be formally charged with three crimes in Santa Monica, California, in relation to the car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway. TMZ reports Lindsay will be charged with:

• giving false information to a peace officer … punishable by up to 6 months in jail.
• obstructing or resisting a police officer in the performance of his duty … punishable by 1 year in jail.
• reckless driving … punishable by 90 days in jail.

You know, with some people you think, eventually, they’ll hit rock bottom and pull themselves together. With some people, you have to wonder: IS there a rock bottom for them?

I’m still reeling over the news (at this point, still an unconfirmed rumor) that Jessica Simpson is already pregnant with baby #2. Now people close to her are saying Jessica wants to tie the knot with Eric Johnson before having their second child. A source said:

“Jessica wanted to get married before Christmas and was thinking of a date in December. But then Cacee set a date with [fiance] Donald [Faison] for December, and then she found out she was pregnant. Her plans were derailed and the wedding became a secondary detail with everything that was going on in her life. However, she still wants to get married soon and is seriously considering marrying Eric before her baby is due.”

On one hand, I understand. On the other hand, they already have one baby. Does it matter if they have a second before tying the knot? Well, I’m excited to see Jessica’s wedding dress, no matter when she wears it!

Ashley Tisdale kept her hoodie pulled down low. It looks like she had dual motives for this. One, she was trying to stay dry (apparently she was caught in a rare California drizzle). Two, perhaps Ashley didn’t want the paparazzi snapping her picture.

Why so shy, Ashley? She was certainly wearing a colorful ensemble with that bright pink top and peach jacket. It works, though. And bright colors are definitely in this season.

OMG: the FBI busted Leonardo DiCaprio! Everyone did a great job acting, but they are just acting. Leo’s character was arrested in his movie ‘The Wolf of Wall Street.’ It looks like he put up quite a fight. In some of the pictures in the gallery, you can see Leonardo was wrestled to the ground. It’s a movie: the drama has to be there.

The more I see Leo filming ‘The Wolf of Wall Street,’ the more curious I become. How much is this like the 80′s classic Michael Douglas movie ‘Wall Street’? If they are similar, it just shows how little things have changed in the world of finance.
