Jennifer Garner is done shooting her new movie, ‘The Dallas Buyers Club,’ in New Orleans (for now, at least). She’s back in LA, and it looks like she had plenty to do on her return! Jennifer was seen taking Seraphina to an eyewear shop for glasses. Then she took Violet and Seraphina to karate. Ben Affleck picked them up afterwards.

Jen and Ben are both very affectionate with their kids, giving them kisses. It’s sweet to see.The Garner – Affleck clan looks happy to all be together again!

David Beckham had his final practice with the LA Galaxy yesterday. Today will be his last game with the team. It sounds like he’s looking to play soccer abroad again. Posh and Becks seem to be gearing up for a return to their native England.

I’m sure we’ll still see plenty more of David and Victoria. David said he’s interested in exploring partial ownership of the LA Galaxy in the future. Victoria’s fashion line is growing. So this couple shows no signs of slowing down! Will you be sad to see them leave the States?

Sara Rue had a low-key day in LA yesterday. She spent the day shopping and having lunch with her family. Enjoy those times now, Sara: they’ll have to pretty much be put on hold for a little while after the baby comes! Sara announced her pregnancy in September.

There was no word on Sara’s due date. She had a baby bump when she announced her news, though, so I’d guess she’s in her third trimester by now. Sara’s 2013 is going to get off to quite a start when she becomes a mom! And as a Jenny Craig spokeswoman, Sara probably already has a plan in place to lose her baby weight

Russell Crowe was bundled up against the cold in New York City. Is he still filming ‘Noah‘? I’m keeping an eye out for the trailers for that movie. I’m curious to see what Hollywood did with the Biblical tale! Russell also may not be in much of a hurry to go home. Australia press reports are saying he and wife Danielle Spencer have split.

I don’t think Russell and Danielle have ever made any public statement in response to the stories one way or the other. That kind of makes me wonder if the stories are true. They have school-age kids: wouldn’t they deny it outright if it wasn’t true? Then again, Russell and Diane could be teaching their kids to ignore the nonsense in the media. Time will tell if this is true or not, I guess.

Amy Adams didn’t let a little bit of uncharacteristic rain keep her indoors in Beverly Hills yesterday. The ‘Man of Steel‘ actress was out and about, running errands solo. In California (or at least southern California) rain probably seems like a major weather downer. It isn’t fun, but if I could trade rain for snow, I’d be happy to!

Don’t get me wrong: snow is fun to look at in Christmas day. Making a snowman is fun. Then I’m ready for it to melt. By the end of a week of dealing with snow, I’d prefer to see it on a postcard- LOL. But in California, rain is tough weather.
