It seems like the duchess is so early in her pregnancy, even the doctors may not know if she’s having twins or not yet! This is probably why Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William were trying not to announce her pregnancy just yet (her hospitalization seems to have tipped their hand). I don’t envy the scrutiny the duchess is now going to endure.
