I can’t believe people are speculating on this THIS early, but really, it’s not shocking. Word has it Kate Middleton may be pregnant with twins. What makes people say this? Because of her severe morning sickness. Medical experts told ABC News that hyperemesis gravidarum is thought to be brought on by especially high levels of the pregnancy hormone hCG, or human chorionic gonadotropin.

If you’re pregnancy with twins, then you get the extra hCG that comes from two fetuses. It seems like the duchess is so early in her pregnancy, even the doctors may not know if she’s having twins or not yet! This is probably why Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William were trying not to announce her pregnancy just yet (her hospitalization seems to have tipped their hand). I don’t envy the scrutiny the duchess is now going to endure.

‘Playing for Keeps‘ star Jessica Biel stopped by ‘Good Morning America’ today. In the movie Jessica plays a mother. Jessica said playing a mother did make her think about becoming a mother herself someday.

“Yeah, sure. I think especially because the kid, Noah [Lomax], who plays my son [in the movie], is literally the coolest kid I’ve ever met.”

Awww… Jessica also dished on newlywed life with Justin Timberlake.

“It feels like nothing’s changed, and yet, everything’s changed. It’s like that intangible thing, you can’t quite put your finger on it. But I guess the idea of having a sort-of partner in crime, and the word ‘husband,’ is pretty amazing.”

Yeah, it is.

Kim Kardashian hung out with BFF Jonathan Cheban in Miami. Somehow he managed to stay out of camera range (there’s one photo of him driving the car). It must be kind of difficult being away from home so much, in terms of staying in touch with friends. Kim’s based in LA. Yet between filming ‘Kim & Kourtney Take New York’ and ‘Kim & Kourtney Take Miami,’ Kim spends a lot of time away from home.

Then add in the traveling Kim does for other things, and it’s clear she stays on the move! Maybe Jonathan enjoys the excuse to travel. That’s how I would handle having a close friend who travels as much as Kim. “Girl, I’m coming to see you!” LOL

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux threw a holiday party over the weekend. Jennifer has a tradition of a tree-trimming party every year. This past weekend, Jennifer and Justin held her annual party. It was a star-studded event, including Demi Moore, Ellen DeGeneres, Portia de Rossi, Ben Stiller, Christine Taylor, Tobey Maguire, Jennifer Meyer and some of Jennifer’s employees.

“The party was for both adults and children,” a source tells PEOPLE. “Jen loves having children around and she always has fun activities planned for them. While the adults mingled, the younger guests were able to color and play games.”
Adds the source: “Jen always puts a lot of effort into planning her holiday party. It’s a thank you party for her employees, and she always gives them thoughtful gifts. Jen always asks her celebrity friends for charity donations instead of personal gifts.”

“It’s a tradition for her,” another source says. “She is very specific about the tree that she wants. For the second year in a row, she picked out a tree with [Justin]. She seemed very excited and happy about the tree. [Justin] was very sweet to her and let her take her time to find the perfect tree. She found a beautiful one that she had delivered.”

Sounds like it was a great party!

Have you heard about Beyonce’s HBO documentary? It’s called ‘Raw.’ The focus is Beyonce herself. If this sneak peek is any indication, she’s very open in this documentary!

I definitely plan to watch ‘Raw.’ I’m sure there’s one person who won’t be making an appearance, however: baby Blue Ivy. Beyonce and Jay-Z work hard to protect her privacy (and rightfully so). But they post pictures of her occasionally. Maybe Blue Ivy will make just a brief cameo? I’ll keep my eyes open and fingers crossed as I watch it.

Kate Middleton isn’t the only one suffering from morning sickness! Holly Madison tweeted from the hospital yesterday where she was receiving treatment for morning sickness. And Holly’s situation goes to show, it doesn’t always end after the first trimester. Holly tweeted:

Almost 7 months and morning sickness took hold! Glad to be otherwise ok, tho.

Holly also shared this picture of (part of) herself. Hopefully Holly will be feeling better soon. Pregnancy is NOT all fun and games!
