All proceeds from this auction will go to the Foundation’s mission of supporting the artistic achievements of female actors, writers and directors who are either working on current short and feature film projects, new productions, or are seeking to transition from acting to writing and directing.

Here’s a new trailer for one highly anticipated movie: ‘The Lone Ranger.’ It stars Johnny Depp (although he’s barely recognizable as Tonto) and Armie Hammer as The Lone Ranger. This trailer does a good job of describing the movie. Does it look interesting to you?

I admit, I was sold as soon as I heard Johnny was going to be in it. This trailer has me even more excited, though. I like having a sense of what the actual plot is going to be. I didn’t know the Lone Ranger was someone thought to have been killed!

Ashley Tisdale dropped by a local Starbucks to satisfy her caffeine fix. She seemed to be alone. There was no sign of the guy Ashley was cuddling with yesterday. Or maybe he’s camera shy?

Ashley seems to have plenty going on these days, career-wise. I wonder if she’s into the holidays? When you’re young and single, it’s fun to go to parties, but you don’t have the same holiday preparations that those of us with kids (or who make family dinners) experience. There’s nothing like Christmas with kids, but sometimes it wouldn’t be so bad not to have to scramble so much. At least there’s no hot toy to fight over this year!

Former ‘Entourage‘ star Adrian Grenier was spotted enjoying some fun in the sun at the beach in Miami. Not a bad way to warm up in December! Adrian relaxed for a bit and then hit the surf. I wonder how he found surfing in the Atlantic. I don’t surf AT ALL but I’ve heard it’s very different on each coast.

I wonder what Adrian’s been up to since he wrapped ‘Entourage’? A project called ‘Goodbye World’ is all that’s listed for him in IMDb. I’ve heard they’re still trying to get the ‘Entourage’ movie made, so if that works out, he’ll have that. Can’t wait to see what Adrian comes up with after that!

I’ve been WAITING for this! Here’s the first full trailer for the highly-anticipated Superman reboot, ‘Man of Steel.’ It’s our first look at Henry Cavill as Superman. What do you think?

I know I’ll be in the theaters to watch this. I have to say, though, this is the grimmest-looking Superman movie I think I’ve ever seen. Batman is supposed to be the one with all the angst: Superman is supposed to be about hope! Maybe they were a little too influenced by Christopher Nolan? Well, this still looks good. Are you interested?

Jennifer Lawrence’s star continues to rise since starring in the blockbuster hit ‘The Hunger Games.’ There are talks of a second Academy Award nomination for ‘The Silver Linings Playbook’ (she earned her first nomination in 2010 for ‘Winter’s Bone’) for Jennifer. She’s earned yet another distinction. AskMen.com has released the results of their annual poll of Who is the Most Desirable Woman. ‘The Hunger Games’ star topped the list, earning the title #1 Most Desirable Woman in the World for 2012.  ”The odds are in her favor” (it’s a paraphrase of a line from ‘The Hunger Games’- I couldn’t resist- LOL).
