Miley Cyrus is a Diva… a VH1 Diva, that is! The singer/actress rocked the red carpet at the 2012 VH1 Divas event at Shrine Auditorium. Miley’s looking fierce with her short hair and black dress. I don’t think those are cutouts along the side, just flesh-colored patches. This dress is actually very conservative for Miley.

What do you think of Miley’s dress? I certainly don’t think it’s necessary to show a lot of skin, but this dress seems kind of matronly for a 20-year-old to me. There’s a happy medium between not showing too much skin and dressing your age. Then again, overall, Miley looks great.
