LeAnn Rimes Writes Song About Eddie Cibrian Affair

LeAnn Rimes wrote a song called ‘Broken.’ It’s about her affair with Eddie Cibrian, when they were both married to other people. LeAnn explained to Jay Leno on ‘The Tonight Show’:
“The song is about the situation. I did go through a very public affair with Eddie, who is now my wonderful husband.” The actress is self-critical of her actions in the lyrics of the song, referring to herself as “pathetic”, but admits, “I don’t want to give you back.”
She explained: “I call myself pathetic in the song because at that moment I was pathetic. A lot of people who have been in that situation can relate to that … it kills me to give that up. It’s a very intimate look into a very rough moment of my life.”
Does this seem like a good idea to you? I have to admit, it doesn’t seem like the greatest idea to me. The problem for LeAnn is that she doesn’t truly seem sorry for what she did, especially once she gets out of these controlled interview situations (read: gets on twitter). LeAnn also talked about her 90 day hospitalization, saying it was to help her manage the stress of the aftermath of her affair.
“The last four years have been very compressed with stress.”
I can see that.

Of course she’s sorry…sorry she got caught. Altho she gets props for admitting to cheating…unlike Pitt/Jolie. If those celebs would just admit to it and then shut up about it so everyone could get on with their lives…no one would care as much. Rimes doesn’t seem to notice that every time she opens her big mouth about it…people feel less empathy towards her. She should change her name to LeAnn Whines.

Why would Leann feel any remorse or do the right thing when people like Jay, Katie, and Giuliana are enabling that bad behavior? Leann didn’t go to rehab for 30 days and I wish the media would call her on this lie. Her affair with Eddie was public because that was the way Leann made it. Leann exposed her affair to US Weekly. Leann kept giving interviews. The rough moment was forcing Eddie’s hand so that he had no other choice but to file for a divorce. The rough moment was knowing that Eddie was using her for her money. Now her friend Lizzy is doing to her what she did to Brandi.
Wait…so a marriage of a few years time is WAY MORE VALUABLE AND SACRED than a relationship of 14 years…why? Because someone applied for a piece of paper? Interesting moral compass you have there.
Ever notice how crazed defenders of Angelina Jolie get? I have a theory as to why, they are cheaters and when people attack AJ for being skanky, they take it personally, like you are attacking them. We all make mistakes, it’s normal human behavior, but AJ did not act this way once, she did it twice. First with Laura Dern and Billy Bob Thornton (they were engaged) then again with Brad Pitt & Jennifer Aniston. There is a pattern here of poor behavior, so there is no need to passionately defend this woman. Her detractors aren’t attacking you, they’re attacking the fact that just because she is stunningly beautiful she gets a free pass for being a slut. “How could any man resist?” Ps Brad Pitt is a giant whore too, let’s not forget he was the married individual in this situation and he broke his vows.
Josh…I only mentioned Pitt/Jolie as a comparison…one I’ve read a lot about. As for Aniston, I don’t follow her career/news at all, so I know little about her other than she got cheated on by Pitt. You’re right “Huh”…Pitt’s a giant whore, and a dumbass. For the record…I don’t care how long two people have been together or what the status of their relationship is…cheating is WRONG. If Aniston was cheating with Theroux, then I’ll say the same thing I’d say about any cheating whore…what comes around…goes around.
