I’m not sure if I should post this as a Hot New Couple alert or not. Simon Cowell confirmed what’s been rumored for a little while now: he is, indeed, dating Carmen Electra. The two were co-hosts on ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ last spring (these pictures are from that show). Simon explained it to friend Ryan Seacrest on his morning radio show:

“She’s not my girlfriend. We’re people who date.”

But Simon added:

“She’s adorable, isn’t she?”

So, Carmen and Simon are dating. Do you think this qualifies as a Hot New Couple or not, since it seems it isn’t an exclusive relationship?
