Simon Cowell rang in the New Year in Barbados. He had a surprising guest with him for the holiday. His ex-fiancee, Mezhgan Hussainy, is in the tropical paradise with him. Is 2013 a new beginning for Simon and Mezhgan? Time will tell. I’d say maybe this is just “mending the fences” for whatever ended their engagement, but it seems a little extreme to vacation with your ex just to get over hard feelings.

Simon certainly seemed to be upbeat. He was nice enough to stop and pose for pictures with fans on the beach. Then the ‘X Factor’ judge jetted off on his jet ski. Jet skiing looks like so much fun.

Is there ANY better way to kick off the New Year than with a baby? I’m sure ‘Glee‘ creator Ryan Murphy and his husband, David Miller, can’t think of one! Ryan and David got an early Christmas present. Their son, Logan, was born on December 24, Christmas Eve. Ryan posted this adorable picture of their baby on twitter with the message:

Thanks to everyone for the kind wishes. Logan is one week old and doing great. Happy new year!

Hugh Laurie was spotted treating himself to some junk food in Studio City. The former ‘House‘ star had lunch at Vienna Hot Dog & Pastrami. Sometimes you just have to treat yourself to a little bit of junk food! A little treat every now and then never hurt anyone, right?

I still miss the show ‘House.’ I can see where it was time for it to end, but personally, I was still enjoying it. Can’t wait to see what Hugh does next! Nothing may ever top his character House, but who knows?

Ashlee Simpson and Bronx, along with Tina Simpson, returned from paradise last night. It looks like Ashlee and Bronx had an absolute blast in Hawaii, hitting the beach every day. I can’t think of a better way to spend Christmas and the New Year, can you? Now it’s time to return to the daily grind. {Sigh}

I wonder where Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson were? Maybe they stayed in Hawaii for a little longer with newlyweds Cacee Cobb and Donald Faison? All of them were vacationing in Hawaii together. I’m still looking out for wedding news! The pregnancy rumors were true, so the wedding rumors could be true, too. You never know.

Arnold isn’t the only one with multiple Baby Mamas. This well-known (but occasionally troubled) Actor has three baby mamas, none of whom are famous. He left BabyMama1 high and dry after the found out she was pregnant. Then he got a woman in a small town pregnant. However, he never made any sort of commitment to BabyMama2, either.

A few years later, the Actor had the nerve to

return to the same small town… with BabyMama3 in tow! He thought it would be nice if 2 and 3 raised his children near each other. Thoughtful of the stud, right? So, now he has three children with three different women. Just like his lesser-known brother.

Not that this will ever get publicized. Even his parents don’t know about all three babies. They still think of Actor as their golden boy and hope that he will get back together with one of his very famous ex-girlfriends.
