Connie Britton arrived at LAX with a precious bundle: her son, Eyob. What a cutie! The two must’ve spent the holidays away from California. I wonder how much of Connie’s new show, ‘Nashville,’ is filmed in Tennessee? I’d imagine not much: they don’t really need that many exterior shots.

I have the entire season so far of ‘Nashville’ saved on my DVR. Haven’t had time to watch it yet, but I definitely plan to! Have you seen it? If so, would you recommend it? I foresee a ‘Nashville’ marathon in my near future and am looking forward to it.

This stage mom thinks a baby will make for great ratings and a bunch of money so she has her daughter’s ovulation cycle in an app and calls her and texts when its go time. Not sure, but she would probably even go and watch if she thought she could get away with it.

Here I am talking about how Anna Friel is not afraid of color when it comes to her wardrobe, and she leaves work dressed like this! I think the most eye-catching thing about Anna is that she likes to switch it up- LOL. Here she is in head-to-toe black and white.

Anna kept it interesting, however, with the patterned shirt and pants as well as faux feathers on the jacket. The actress was photographed leaving the Vaudeville Theater after another performance of ‘Uncle Vanya.’ You have to give it to Anna: the woman is a workhorse. She gets roles in production after production and practically lives before live audiences. Go Anna (with you eclectic wardrobe)!

Mariah Carey is still hard at work Down Under! She’s still performing in Sydney. I was wondering if Mariah was kicking off a tour, but she can’t be doing that. She has to start appearing on ‘American Idol‘ this winter.

I know the first part of the season is taped, so Mariah doesn’t have to be in LA in January. How long does the pre-recorded season of ‘American Idol’ last? Is it about a month? Six weeks? I’d imagine they’ll have live shows by the end of February at the latest. It’s hard to keep track, especially since ‘American Idol’ comes on at least a couple of times a week. Are you looking forward to the new season?

NeNe Leakes stopped by the ‘Today‘ show to share plenty of dish. She explained how she didn’t even have to audition for her new role of Rocky on ‘The New Normal‘! NeNe’s life sounds perfect for ‘The New Normal.’ She’s juggling multiple jobs between her NBC show and ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta.’ AND she’s back with her husband, Greg.

NeNe and Greg were having such serious problems they separated (as those of you who watch RHOA know). She didn’t say if they were going to re-marry, but things are looking good. As if NeNe didn’t have enough going on, she’s also going to cover Ebony magazine. I feel tired just hearing about all the things she’s doing! NeNe truly IS the new normal. Honestly, who isn’t crazy busy these days?
