Lindsay Lohan really might go to jail this time. Her arraignment in LA is scheduled for this morning. However, in a move that shocked- well, pretty much everyone- Lindsay FIRED legal superstar attorney Shawn Holley yesterday afternoon. Apparently, Lindsay’s New York attorney, Mark Heller, sent Shawn a letter terminating her yesterday as Shawn was on her way to court to negotiate a plea deal to keep Lindsay out of jail by going to rehab.

Mark, who was barred from practicing law for five years in New York in the 90s, reportedly will rep Lindsay in all criminal matters. Unfortunately, he’s not in California today to appear in court on Lindsay’s behalf, and Lindsay isn’t in California to appear herself. If no one shows up this morning, Lindsay could be ordered directly to jail. TMZ says Shawn will likely appear in court since she’s still the attorney on record, but Lindsay has nixed the rehab plea deal.

Lindsay reportedly wants Shawn back as her attorney, but she signed the letter terminating her, so the letter is in effect. On top of all this, Lindsay owes Shawn $300,000 in legal fees. OUCH. You really couldn’t blame Shawn for throwing up her hands and walking away at this point! I’m guessing this will land Lindsay right in prison. What do you think?

Megan Fox may be a mother now, but this photoshoot with Esquire makes it clear: she is still smokin’ hot! You can also see that Megan is settling down. She confessed why she doesn’t want to end up like Hollywood troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan, which is why she’s having her Marilyn Monroe tattoo removed. Megan makes a connection I never saw (before now) between Marilyn and Lindsay.

“I started reading about her and realized that her life was incredibly difficult. It’s like when you visualize something for your future. I didn’t want to visualize something so negative….She was sort of like Lindsay. She was an actress who wasn’t reliable, who almost wasn’t insurable….She had all of the potential in the world, and it was squandered. I’m not interested in following in those footsteps.”

Lance Armstrong finally did it. The disgraced cyclist admitted to doping in an interview with Oprah Winfrey. It will air on a special episode of ‘Oprah’s Next Chapter‘ on Thursday evening on OWN. Oprah shared some details of the interview on ‘CBS This Morning.’ She said she wasn’t prepared to say anything before the interview aired but:

“by the time I left Austin and landed in Chicago, you all had already confirmed it. So I’m sitting here now because it’s already been confirmed.”

Oprah didn’t necessarily describe Lance as contrite during the interview but said “he met the moment.” Are you going to watch Lance’s interview? For me, it kind of feels like a train wreck: something I don’t necessarily want to see but feel compelled to watch. He’s facing more lawsuits as more organizations are suing him now that the doping allegations have been confirmed. If Lance did cheat, then he’s facing the consequences, but it’s sad to see a living legend fall like this.

Jennifer Love Hewitt is quite the hard worker! Here she is giving herself quite a workout on stadium stairs. While exercising, ‘The Client List‘ star is also memorizing lines. I actually think that’s really smart. Distracting yourself while working out can definitely make the time go faster. At the very least, you’re not focused on your pounding heart and aching muscles.

Have you worked out on stadium stairs (or any stairs)? It’s great exercise. Even if you have to walk it, it really gets your heart rate up fast. What are your workout strategies?
