It’s always a good day when there’s a Mark Wahlberg sighting, isn’t it?  The hottie actor was spotted heading out to Bristol Farms in West Hollywood today to some shopping and even in a t-shirt and jeans he is looking fine!

We’ve been seeing a bit more of Mark out and about lately, and I wonder if that has anything to do with the fact that he has a new movie coming out. Mark has been busy promoting Broken City with Russell Crowe, and soon enough we’ll be able to see him all buff in Pain and Gain.  I’m definitely looking forward to that one!

Looks like it was checkup day for Selena Gomez.  The young celeb was seen making her way to the Dr’s office for a checkup in Beverly Hills today looking super cute and maybe a little sad.  Maybe Selena is feeling a little down after her breakup with Justin Bieber, even though she seems to be moving on already.

Selena does have a lot to look forward to though with her new movie Spring Breakers opening soon. Have you seen the trailer yet? It definitely looks like Selena is looking to break out of her Disney shell, and I definitely think this movie will do that!

Maybe this is the secret to how Demi Moore stays looking so amazing?  The gorgeous actress was seen heading to an appointment for a botanical detox today in LA.  I’m not sure what a botanical detox is, but if it can make me look as good as Demi then I think I might have to look into it!

Demi has been keeping a relatively low profile since her and Ashton Kutcher’s split, but she looks really good here.  I know there’s been lots of speculation that she wasn’t doing so well since the two broke up, but in her leggings and oversized scarf the actress looks like she’s doing great.

This time it’s for real!  We saw Shakira heading to the hospital earlier today and now we can officially congratulate the singer on becoming a mom!  Shakira delivered a son earlier today in Barcelona and released the following official statement on her website;

We are happy to announce the birth of Milan Piqué Mebarak, son of Shakira Mebarak and Gerard Piqué, born January 22nd at 9:36pm, in Barcelona, Spain.

The name Milan (pronounced MEE-lahn), means dear, loving and gracious in Slavic; in Ancient Roman, eager and laborious; and in Sanskrit, unification.

Just like his father, baby Milan became a member of FC Barcelona at birth.

The hospital confirmed that the couple’s first child weighed approximately 6lbs. 6 ounces, and that both mother and child are in excellent health.

Awww, love the name Milan!  Congratulations to the happy couple!

It looks like Kim Kardashian really is serious about her love affair with Paris… and Kanye West, of course. LOL. The reality television star and pregnant mama-to-be was spotted enjoying a nice, relaxing dinner with her baby daddy while the two were in the French capital on Tuesday evening.

Hilary Duff has been putting in a lot of work into her workouts lately and it looks like it’s all been working off (ok, I am totally aware that I used the word “work” a little too often in that sentence there, LOL). The actress and singer was spotted heading to her pilates class in Santa Monica, Calif. on Tuesday afternoon.
