Mila Kunis’ stalker, Stuart Lynn Dunn, pleaded no contest to charges of stalking the ‘Oz the Great and Powerful‘ star. The judge ordered him to stay away from Mila for 10 years. He was also ordered to complete six months of residential rehab and placed on five years felony probation. Stuart has been in jail since last May, when he showed up at Mila’s gym three days in a row.
Mila already had a restraining order in place, so when he tried to approach her at the gym, she contacted the police. Mila reportedly told authorities she was “in fear for her safety.” I’m glad Mila got a 10 year restraining order. But I’ve always wondered: why can’t restraining orders be made permanent? Why does there have to be a time limit? If you don’t want someone near you, then you should be able to keep them away permanently, I think.
