If these initial divorce filings are any indication, then Bethenny Frankel andJason Hoppy are gearing up for a divorce WAR. She didn’t waste any time filing for divorce after announcing her separation from Jason. Bethenny surprised everyone, however, with her demands. Now Jason’s responded to her divorce filing with his own papers.
His requests match hers exactly, including the request for primary physical custody of their daughter, Brynn, child support from Bethenny, their $5 million New York residence, and for Bethenny to pay for his legal expenses, accountant, etc. It’s a good thing for Bethenny that they signed a prenup: that protects Bethenny’s reported $100 million earnings. Brace yourselves. This looks like it’s going to get VERY nasty.
