Life must be busy when you’re a famous actress and a mother of 3, one of whom is a newborn, but Reese Witherspoon managed to get some time to herself today and she seemed to make the most of it.  The multitasking momma was spotted out in Beverly Hills today making her way to her car while chatting on her phone.

Reese looked lovely as usual in a smart black blazer, skinny black pants, a grey tee and a really great handbag.  I can’t wait to see Reese’s new movie Devil’s Knot.  It sounds like it’s going to be awesome and it will be nice to Reese back on the big screen!

Well this has been a pretty exciting week for Taylor Swift. Not only did the singer open the Grammy Awards last night, but today she headed down to Zuma Beach in Malibu to film her latest music video.  Now that looks like is is definitely a fun video shoot.

Taylor and the rest of the cast of the video definitely looked like they were having fun.  They were spotted doing human pyramids on the beach and then Taylor was in a shopping cart being pushed around.  I haven’t heard many of the songs off of Taylor’s new album so I don’t know what video they were shooting but it definitely looks fun!

Celebrities, they really are just like us!  Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are in Rio for Carnival and were spotted hanging out on the balcony of their high end accomodations.  The couple looked like they weren’t so thrilled that there was a party raging on the balcony over head and I’m not sure if they realized that it was none other than Will Smith who was the ringleader of the party!

Kim and Kanye became just like the rest of us when they discovered that it was indeed Will on the balcony getting the crowd going.  The couple both got their phones and proceeded to snap their own pics and even take some video.  I guess everyone loves Will Smith!

I can’t imagine how busy life has been lately for Jennifer Lawrence, but it’s nice to see that she has a friend to bring along with her as she travels!  Jennifer was seen arriving at Heathrow today on her way back to the States after yesterday’s BAFTA awards and she had an adorable stuffed bear with her as her flying companion. How cute!  Maybe it’s a souvenir for someone.

Jennifer looks like she’s almost done with awards season, don’t you think? I’m sure it’s all very exciting for her but she has been ‘on’ for the past few months. Thankfully the Oscars are in a few weeks and she can see if all her hard work pays off with a trophy. I loved Silver Linings Playbook so much and Jennifer, but she’s got some pretty tough competition this year!

I can almost guarantee you that Karreuche Tran DID NOT watch the Grammys last night. I mean, why would she, especially since her ex-boyfriend was all over Rihanna, who happened to look absolutely gorgeous at the show. Instead, Karreuche spent her day indulging in some retail therapy, which if you ask me, is a much better idea.

It looks like Lucy Liu is one actress who loves to get her fitness on! The hot Hollywood star is on the cover of this month’s Fitness magazine, where she talks about her workout routine, how she stays in shape for her movie roles, and how she keeps motivated to eat healthy. Here are some highlights of what she says:

You always play fierce female characters. What’s the toughest training you’ve had to do?

“Charlie’s Angels because it was eight hours a day, five days a week. I thought I was fairly fit when I started, but I wasn’t. The kind of moves we were doing with all the kicking—oh my god! I couldn’t even lift my legs afterward.”

On feeling pressure to be a certain size:

“Part of being an actress is that people are going to judge you whether you gain or lose weight—it’s just sort of a given. But I’ve never had issues with food. When I was growing up, my family didn’t have a lot. So if there was food, I was going to be eating it!”

On how her friends keep her motivated:

“A group of five of us, friends and friends of friends, got an email chain going and we all set goals: an ideal weight, inches we wanted to lose, eating habits we wanted to adopt. We’d email saying, “I ran today”. Or “I ate this,” and we’d share recipes. Then we’d celebrate by going to a show or taking a group Pilates class when each of us reached our goals. We also celebrated mini milestones along the way to keep our motivation up.” 

What was your goal?

“To lose the five extra pounds I’ve had for years, which I did. It may not sound like a lot, but for my height, it makes a big difference. And doing it with a support group of my girlfriends made it easier.”

How meditating keeps her Zen:

“I’ve been meditating twice a day for about two years now and it’s like saying a prayer. It’s helped me so much! It gives me a feeling of comfort and safety. You realize that you can live and work and do all the things you need to do. It makes me feel like I’m part of a bigger plan, and that’s a very nice feeling.”

How Pilates made her feel confident about her legs:

“Pilates and running help to clear my mind and they really strengthen me. Pilates has engaged my core and made me feel more confident in that area. I don’t have long legs so I’ve never said, ‘Oh, I love my legs.’ But I feel like they look longer and feel better than they ever have with the combination of Pilates and running.”
