Mindy McCready Denies Overdosing On Drugs

Former ‘Celebrity Rehab’ participant Mindy McCready, who’s been fighting a very public battle with addiction for quite some time, was hospitalized amid reports that she had overdosed.

However, Mindy’s rep denies these reports to TMZ, saying Mindy’s mother “overreacted” and called 911 after Mindy took four Darvocet pills this morning. Mindy’s rep said she had broken two toes recently and was in a lot of pain. (For the record, I hear broken toes are REALLY painful.)

Mindy’s rep told this to TMZ:

“She’s totally coherent. She can’t believe her mom did this.”

Dr. Drew also told TMZ that there was no evidence of relapse.

Well, hopefully Mindy is okay. That’s the most important thing.

Kate Winslet’s Basketball Injury Halts Production Of â€˜Mildred Pierceâ€™

Kate Winslet has injured herself playing basketball with her children Mia and Joe. Nothing too serious, but the cut was bit enough to HALT production of ‘Mildred Pierce’ – a new five hour long mini-series.

Can you imagine? A cut suspending a movie?! A source told the New York Post newspaper:

“She fell after being hit by a basketball and suffered bruising that couldn’t be covered with make-up, so the entire production was halted on Monday.”

A representative for the Oscar-winning star confirmed the accident but added she is “fine”.

Talk about stocking up on Neosporin! I’m sure Kate is obsessing over her minor gash. Hopefully it will heal quickly.

Lindsay Lohan Parties On In Cannes

Arrest warrant? What arrest warrant? Lindsay Lohan isn’t letting that slow her down; she was spotted attending a couple of different parties on yachts in Cannes. She’s due in court in Los Angeles next week.

Dina Lohan admitted in an interview to Radar Online that Lindsay was told to stay in Cannes, despite having a new passport.

“We did that for court purposes and the warrant purposes” Dina admitted during an exclusive live webcast on RadarOnline.com late Friday afternoon PDT. “To clear all that up before she hits American soil, which we have done, so she is now able to come.

“There was no music to face. We were dealing with issues to get her back safely — without an arrest and vacate the warrant. And that takes time, that doesn’t happen overnight. There are a lot of phone calls, a lot of people involved and a lot of decisions being made. So we did what we had to do to protect her.”

Something tells me Dina should have given this interview AFTER Lindsay appeared in court; the court may not look favorably on the fact that Lindsay didn’t return from Cannes despite having a valid passport.

Do you think Lindsay is experiencing harsher treatment because she’s a celebrity or does it sound fair? I have to say, it sounds like Lindsay needs to make court appearances a priority.

Lindsay Lohan Says Cocaine Photos Were A Set Up

TMZ posted a photo of Lindsay Lohan at a party in France with some friends, next to a table with what looked very much like cocaine lines on it. RadarOnline contacted Lindsay today to see if she would explain the photo. Lindsay at first didn’t even know what they were talking about and when they directed her to TMZ, she denies that she was partaking in it.

“That’s a set up,” she retorted, without going into specifics. “That’s so untrue.”

According to TMZ, Lindsay won’t have to worry about the judge using the photo against her since there is no proof of what is REALLY on the table. I’m sure she hopes that’s true. Lindsay is due in court on Monday morning – I wonder if she’ll make the flight this time?

A source told RadarOnline.com: “This is really, really graphic and showing her in compromising positions; things you would think would be embarrassing for her.”

Kendra reportedly has multiple partners in the tape, including a woman named Taryn, and sex toys.
