Lindsay Lohan’s Arrest Warrant Has Been Lifted

Lindsay Lohan‘s arrest warrant has been lifted. The actress posted $100,000 bail, paying a bail bondsman $10,000 for the bond to ensure she will appear in court for her new hearing date. Lindsay said her passport was stolen while partying in Cannes – and THAT’S why she couldn’t get to court in time. She even blamed her father Michael for the theft. He told X17 that she’s lost her mind.

“I don’t know if she needs rehab or a psych ward. She’s got to be out of her mind to say something like that. It’s ridiculous. It’s very hurtful.”

The actress is expected to return to Los Angeles this afternoon. Here’s my question – why didn’t Lindsay people try to get in touch with the court beforehand to let them know about the situation and try to get the court date moved instead of having to deal with all this unnecessary drama? Better yet, why wouldn’t Lindsay just SKIP this year’s Cannes festival and take care of business? This girl certainly needs a new camp.

Fact Or Fiction: Is Kendra Wilkinson Getting 50% Of Profits From Sex Tape

More Kendra Wilkinson sex tape drama… now there are reports that she’s actually receiving 50% of the profits from the tape. They reportedly were sold by Kendra’s ex-boyfriend, Justin Frye.

A source said: “They have cut a deal.”

The source said: “Justin had a tripod in his bedroom for the camera and a stripper pole in the apartment. Kendra definitely was not shy about being in these tapes. There are tapes of Kendra in really compromising positions… doing a lot of embarrassing things.

“It was a bad break-up… as soon as Hef took her, she was gone. But Justin knew what he had. He waited until Kendra’s fame hit a certain level.”

What a ROTTEN thing to do! Do you believe Kendra basically just gave up blocking the release and cut a deal? I can’t IMAGINE being in that position.

Report: Bench Warrant Issued For Lindsay Lohan

TMZ is reporting the judge issued a bench warrant for Lindsay Lohan this morning after she failed to appear in court.

… and the judge says she has reason to believe Lindsay has a drug and alcohol problem.

Judge Marsha Revel was tough as nails this morning, scoffing at the notion that Lindsay’s “someone-stole-my-passport” excuse was a justification for missing court.

Judge Revel set bail at $100,000 and said Lindsay can post bail and remain free until the next court hearing, IF she does the following:

- drink no alcohol
- wear a SCRAM bracelet
- submit to random drug testing at least once a week

Lindsay’s attorney reportedly told the judge that her passport had been stolen in Cannes, so she can’t return to the states, which the judge apparently didn’t believe.

At one point [Lindsay's attorney] Holley said, “I don’t know what else to tell you.”

But the judge didn’t buy Lindsay’s argument, saying “Actions speak louder than words.” The judge felt Lindsay could have gotten a replacement passport and made it back on time. And, the judge said Lindsay had “a history of not keeping scheduled appointments.”

The judge said there was probable cause to believe Lindsay had violated her probation.

This does NOT look good. Maybe it will be the push that finally gets Lindsay to get herself together.

Miley Cyrus’ Jewelry Line Pulled From Shelves

Yesterday afternoon Miley Cyrus was spotted heading into a recording studio in Santa Monica. Some lucky fans were waiting outside, and Miley was nice enough to stop and pose for pictures. I bet she made their day!

She seems to be in good spirits despite the snafu with her line of jewelry at Wal-Mart. It’s being pulled from the shelves due to concerns about toxicity. Lad tests reportedly found that the pieces contain high levels of cadmium, a toxic metal that can cause serious side effects if ingested in any way.

Wearing the jewelry should be fine: the concern is if kids stick themselves or swallow any of the pieces.

“The Miley Cyrus & Max Azria line is not for children,” read a statement released to E! News by Cyrus’s rep on behalf of all the parties involved.

“It is sold in our ladies apparel section and it was designed for and marketed to older audiences. However, it is possible that a few younger consumers may seek it out in stores. Miley Cyrus & Max Azria jewelry is not intended for children, but as part of our unwavering commitment to protecting the safety of children, we are removing all of the jewelry from sale while we investigate its compliance with our children’s jewelry standard.”

Well, good for them! Let’s face it, Miley’s fan base is definitely the younger crowd, so I could see them wandering over to that section if they see her face or name.

Hopefully they’ll be able to fix things so the jewelry line can be re-released.

Is Lindsay Lohan Headed To Jail?

TMZ has been watching this story develop for several days, and if everything they’re reporting is true, it looks like Lindsay Lohan may get into even MORE trouble with the law.

They’re reporting that Lindsay has been ordered to appear in court tomorrow morning to determine her compliance with the terms of her probation for her DUI (she was ordered to attend alcohol education classes and reportedly has only completed 10 of the 13 classes).

It’s 4 PM in Cannes, and Lindsay is still there.

We checked with the airlines. There is no way Lindsay can make it back flying commercial for the 8:30 AM hearing.

It’s possible, of course, someone could offer Lindsay a mercy flight on a private jet. But so far there’s no sign of that.

So here’s where it stands. No evidence of Lindsay making her way back to L.A.

To make matters worse, the prosecutor is asking for Lindsay to serve jail time for failing to comply with the terms of her probation.

This is the LAST thing Lindsay needs, especially since she got the part of Linda Lovelace for the movie ‘Inferno.’

TMZ reports that if Lindsay doesn’t show up in court tomorrow, the judge will issue a warrant for her arrest. Oy vey.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers Banned From United Airlines

Jonathan Rhys Meyers has been banned from flying United Airlines due to a drunken flight he took earlier this month.

According to Radaronline, in early May Rhys Myers was booked on a United Airlines flight headed to Los Angeles. Even though it was an early morning flight, airline workers noticed the actor pounding drinks in the first class lounge and becoming increasingly drunk and disorderly.

The actor then attempted to board the plane but was prohinited from doing so because of his belligerent behavior.

An official from United Airlines confirmed the story but refused to elaborate, citing passenger privacy laws.

This isn’t the first time his drinking has gotten him in trouble, is it? It seems like he really needs some help!
