Kristin Cavallari Gets Drunk; Screams At Girl Flirting With Brody Jenner

Kristin Cavallari reportedly had a bit too much to drink at the Nylon Magazine Young Hollywood party last night. Rumor has it that the reality star got jealous when a brunette was getting flirty with ex, Brody Jenner. Kristin proceeded to throw a tantrum and threw the new cell phone she’d just received in her swag bag. She then began screaming at the brunette, which prompted a Hills producer to whisper “this is going to get ugly”.

Sounds like she was a bit frisky before this incident, too. She also supposedly got upset because Brody was hitting on Audrina Patridge, too.

At midnight, Cavallari stood up quickly with her dress hiked to her waist — flashing a pair of white mesh panties! She didn’t seem too concerned, and pulled her dress back down. (Joked Cavallari’s trainer John Damon to some pals, “See that sick body? That’s because of me. I torment her on the treadmill!”)

I hate to say it, but I was a bit skeptical about the story the minute I heard they were filming for “The Hills” at this party. Smells a wee bit like a publicity stunt, doesn’t it?

It probably only takes these tiny girls one glass of beer or wine and they’re wasted!

Sean Penn Ordered To Anger Management Classes

Sean Penn finally has some closure on the scuffle he had with a photographer back in October. He pleaded no contest today to a reduced charge of vandalism (the charge of battery was dropped). The judge ordered Sean to three years of probation and 36 hours of anger management classes. Sean didn’t attend the hearing, but his lawyer shared this statement:

“Prolonging this matter in the court system would not have been in Mr. Penn’s best interest and would’ve distracted from his charitable commitments, specifically his work with the J/P Haitian Relief Organization,” his lawyer Richard Hirsch tells PEOPLE. “Accordingly he has decided to accept the plea terms and move on.”

Sean will have to behave himself now, as any new incidents will likely send him to jail since he’ll be on probation. He’s pretty quiet for the most part, it’s just those pesky paps that bring out the worst in him.

Heather Locklear Arrested For Hit And Run

According to TMZ, Heather Locklear was arrested on Saturday for hit and run.

Someone heard a crash near North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village around 4 in the morning, but didn’t call authorities until almost 8pm that night. Police found a knocked over “no parking” sign and evidence that a car had went up the curb, striking the sign.

Through an investigation, the car involved was found to be Heather Locklear’s black BMW. Police “arrested” Heather for hit and run, but since it’s a misdemeanor, she wasn’t taken into custody. She was just cited and released.

Heather is still on “informal probation” for an incident of reckless driving in 2008. TMZ says:

A Santa Barbara prosecutor tells us he’s looking into the latest incident, which could be a probation violation.

Sounds like it could be a bigger problem for Heather than just a fine. Yikes.

Jason Statham Steals Golf Cart And Gets Stopped By Cops (With Kristin Cavallari)

This boy knows how to party!

Jason Statham was reportedly stopped by police after stealing a golf cart. The actor left a Coachella Festival party in Palm Springs with Kristin Cavallari at 4am on Saturday in the cart and were pulled over by officers after being spotted on the mini vehicle.

A source told the New York Daily News newspaper:

“They were joking about how they wanted to take the cart off-roading. They were later spotted on a main road getting stopped by Palm Springs police.

“The officers ordered them to go back and return the cart and proceed immediately to their hotel rooms.”

Naomi Campbell Allegedly Assaults Her Driver

Naomi Campbell’s bad temper might be landing her in some hot water again.

Naomi’s driver called 911 around 3pm today, claiming that she was assaulting him from the backseat of the car while he was driving. Naomi reportedly fled the scene as he was on the phone!

He was treated for bumps, bruises and neck pain.

According to TMZ:

Our sources say cops haven’t reached Naomi yet about the alleged incident … but we’re told her assistant may be down at the precinct right now.

If this is true, I’m sure she’s going to face some hefty punishment – this has happened so many times!

Tila Tequila Says She Can Do Photoshoot Since She Miscarried

This is terrible, but I couldn’t help chuckling when I read it. Over at ohnothyedidn’t, they got some emails from someone who played a trick on Tila Tequila. This person convinced Tila that they were a magazine editor who wanted her for a photoshoot but selected Lady Gaga when they heard she was pregnant.

Tila sent them an email (that’s dated for Saturday, February 13) assuring them she COULD do the photoshoot because she had miscarried. The miscarriage “devastated” Tila, but since she was no longer pregnant, she was more than happy to do the photoshoot.

Oh, and did I mention Tila argued she would be a much better choice that LADY GAGA because she (Tila) made “headline news every day.” What?!

I would’ve loved to have been in the room when Tila discovered the whole thing was a joke. Not that it kept her down for long. Last night she started twittering that she’s been approved to adopt a two-year-old boy from Russia (she’s calling him “Jayden”) and is flying out to pick him up.

I don’t want to be mean, but I sincerely hope this isn’t true. Tila just doesn’t seem to be in a good place to raise a child right now.
