All bets are off. Reps for both Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon have denied that the couple will be walking down the aisle any time soon.

"They are not engaged, getting married or any of the reports," the reps tell PEOPLE exclusively, calling the reports "lies."

That's too bad because I LOVE these two together. But even if they were engaged, I doubt Jake and Reese would be very public about it, so maybe there's hope for a white wedding yet. :)

A winter wedding? How magical! Rumor has it that after Jake Gyllenhaal wraps up his current movie, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, he will marry Reese Witherspoon on Christmas. 

A source on the movie’s Morocco set tells British newspaper The Mail on Sunday, "Jake is telling everyone they are getting married at Christmas. "He told me he had proposed several times but she kept telling him she wanted to give their relationship more time. "When he asked her again a couple of weeks ago, she finally said yes."

While I can't see Jake blurting out this news to the craft service table, I do think they are on the path to marital bliss. Whether or not it will happen this year is another story. Only time (or a rep denial) will tell.

The couple met in 2006 on the set of their thriller Rendition.

What a gorgeous night in Paris.

Jake Gyllenhaal, Reese Witherspoon and her daughter Ava were photographed dining at Andre's and later watching the Bastille Day fireworks at the Eiffel Tower in Paris. They are an very cute couple and I'm glad things seem to be working for them. The picture of Jake and Ava is really sweet as well...

There seems to be a lot going on in Europe this summer, because we've seen so many celebs hanging out on the old continent lately! Reese Witherspoon looked ultra chic while walking around Paris, while Vince Vaughn went the more casual route as he was spotted biking in Venice.

I'm curious...has Reese Witherspoon's shorter do grown on people who started out not liking it? It ages her a bit, but is that such a bad thing? She looks like a woman now instead of a young girl. Perhaps in Hollywood that means different things, but I think Reese looks great.

Jake Gyllenhaal was photographed horseback riding in England yesterday practicing for his upcoming role in "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time". Sounds really good and I can't wait to see Jake battling some demons! That's a new angle for him isn't it?

Set in medieval Persia, the story of an adventurous prince who teams up with a rival princess to stop an angry ruler from unleashing a sandstorm that could destroy the world. Which is why after the prince was tricked by a dying Vizier to unleash the Sands of Time that turns out to destroy a kingdom and transforms its populace into ferocious demons. In his effort to save his own kingdom and redeem his fatal mistake, it's up to the prince and the princess to return the sands to the hourglass by using the Dagger of Time, which also gives him a limited control over the flow of time.

Wow, I did not see this one coming. Us Weekly is reporting that Jake Gyllenhaal is moving in with Reese Witherspoon and has even become part of the family helping raise her children. A source close to Reese tells Us Weekly

"Marriage is definitely what they are working toward,"

Witherspoon pal adds

"They literally don't want to spend any time away from each other"

They make an adorable couple and really seem to care about each other. I hope this works out for them.

Speaking of couples that are going strong, here are Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal! I love how a belt can completely change the look of a simple dress. Or perhaps it's Reese that is doing that. :)

Where were you on Sunday and Monday when I walked very slowly through LAX? I was like a hawk looking for its prey. But alas, it was just me and all the other non-celebs. :) I did however see some MAJOR drama go down when one flight got canceled with no plans for rescheduling. Cops were called in. People were arrested. It was WILD. I sat there and twittered blow by blow.

Back to Jake Gyllenhaal (the main purpose of this post), here he is catching his ride after landing in LAX. Anyone else still think of Heath when they see Jake?

Things are getting pretty serious between Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon. Although Reese's rep has issued a no comment statement, rumor has it that the couple is going to be getting engaged soon. But, they won't be following the typical Hollywood path of moving together, having a baby and then getting married. Reese is more traditional.
