There are two sides to every story. Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer's breakup has been very public, and now her camp is responding to John's claims that he was the dumper and not the dumpee.

After hearing about John talking to the press a friend of Jen says,

"Jen will never kiss and tell, but it’s she who ended the relationship. (Mayer's) childish behavior only confirms she was right to dump him. Now he’s acting like a spoiled child. Expect Jen to behave like a lady."

In the end his love of the spotlight got to her.

"He has a relationship with certain paparazzi (and) bloggers. He tips them off. He loves the attention. Jen didn’t want to believe it was happening, but it was, and she has no tolerance for that.”

We’re talking about a guy who had a car waiting to take him home in New York, but he chose to walk so he could talk to the press (along the way). He’ll drag this out until there’s someone new."

Money was also an issue,

"Jen was tired of paying for everything. Cobwebs come flying out of (Mayer's) wallet when he opens it. John liked living like a movie star when he was with her. ... Jen would never say anything, but you could tell it irritated her."

So much dirty laundry...this is starting to feel like Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards all over. ;)

Over the weekend, I posted the consolidated version of John Mayer's reason for breaking up with Jennifer Aniston. So many readers, like myself, wished that John would have left out the "who broke it off part". But he didn't and so Jennifer once again is painted as someone who can't stay in a relationship. UGH.

Now, Us Weekly posted more of the singer's response to the media's fascination with the break up. 

"If you guys are going to run stuff and run every lie under the sun, have somebody stand up for somebody. Have me as a man who ended a relationship stand here and write some truth. Have me stand up for somebody and write that Jennifer Aniston is the smartest, most sophisticated person I think I've ever met. She's one of the most lovely people I've ever met in my life and I'm going through something that's a very personal thing and you have to give that up. You have to give everything up because you can't have it all and it sucks."

"I'm sorry that the story's not interesting. But it's about time that somebody stands up for that girl and I think she's great."

Mayer reflected on the situation as

"the most normal thing in the world – There's no lying, there's no cheating. There's no nothing. People are different, they have different chemistry, they have different lives. It's not about years, it's about going out with somebody, being truthful on the way in, being truthful in the middle and being truthful on the way out."

Why did he have to say HOW it ended? Couldn't he have kept that part private? John Mayer has confirmed that his relationship with Jennifer Aniston is over. But it wasn't because of any cheating or ill will. They were just two people with different needs.

"There's no lying, there's no cheating, there's no nothing. Jennifer Aniston is the smartest, most sophisticated person I think I have ever met."

 "People are different, people have different chemistry. I ended a relationship to be alone, because I don't want to waste somebody's time if something's not right." 

The proof is in the pudding... or in this case the lip plumping serum. What do you think about Jennifer Aniston's face? Star Magazine seems to think that she's enhanced her pucker.

Fact or Fiction?

Eh... it's from The Mirror so let's not get excited. John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston have split according to a British tabloid. What started as a break has turned into something more permanent says a source. 

"There's been a bit of tension for some time," says a source close to 30-year-old John. "They initially opted for a break, hoping a trial split might make them stronger. Sadly it doesn't seem to have worked. John took the decision to end things as he felt he just wasn't ready for the level of commitment that Jennifer deserved."

Remember those rags claiming that Jen wanted to marry and have children? The Mirror is suggesting that they weren't entirely false. Jennifer was looking for a plan from John about those life events and he just wasn't ready to give that to her. 

"Contrary to reports, Jen didn't want to have kids or marry this year, but she did want to set a timetable for their future together. She also wanted him to assure her he would cut down his tours in the future when they did eventually have children. Initially, Jennifer was furious when he told her of his decision but now she's simply sad - not to mention a little heartbroken.

"They have spoken on the phone since the split and are trying to remain on good terms. But unless John has a dramatic change of heart, it's unlikely they'll rekindle their romance."

Like I said in the beginning... eh. Jen's rep wouldn't comment.

It's no secret that I adore Jennifer Aniston. I am so happy that she is starting to do more public things so we can keep up with her life. For so long, she just disappeared completely from the public eye. Now it seems she is back in the groove. Here she is  shopping for furniture at Reform Gallery and Noho Modern in West Hollywood, California wearing a pair of jean shorts and a white tank.

What? What do you mean? The magazines were... wrong? You mean to tell me that Jennifer Aniston currently has no intention to marry and get pregnant with John Mayer? Then why would these rags dedicate the entire cover to the story? :)

SHOCKINGLY, Jennifer Aniston's rep has put an end to the above rumors.

"She is not getting married. Both headlines are complete fabrications."

I wonder if Jen is one of those celebs who doesn't read stories about her. But how can you ignore covers like these??? I am sure all the nightly programs picked it up too.  

Not only is Jennifer Aniston going to MARRY John Mayer, but it will be the wedding of the year! Quite the statement to make considering these two barely acknowledge to the press that they are seriously an item. The rags had their eyes focused on Jen this week, both claiming that her relationship with John is growing. One suggests a wedding and the other a baby.

Does ANYONE believe that Jen will have another million dollar wedding? I think she got that out of her system and will instead want to keep it very low key amongst close family and friends. 

Jennifer Aniston was spotted visiting a friends house in Hollywood Hills on Tuesday afternoon. Jennifer looked great, as usual, in a comfortable casual outfit that manages to look chic at the same time. I love everything that she wears and this outfit is no exception. She sure has the California casual look down pat.
