These wedding rumors have been buzzing for a long time now about Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson, but I'm starting to think...where there's smoke, there's fire.  This time MSN is reporting that Sam gave Lindsay a Cartier diamond while the couple was vacationing in Mexico.

The lovers were having dinner by the beach in Cabo San Lucas when a waiter came over with the ring which was hidden inside a covered silver tray.

Sam really went all out and even arranged for a group of Mexican singers to entertain them with songs. It was a gorgeous ring with a big diamond that Sam had bought before the holiday. Sam asked her if she would marry her and the waiter popped a champagne cork as Lindsay accepted.

The pair stayed up celebrating with Cristal champagne until 2am before disappearing into their hotel room together.

The ring is apparently worth about $88,000 dollars.  But, if this story is true, where is it?  Lindsay hasn't been spotted wearing one recently....

Whether these two get married or not, I really don't care (ok, that's kind of a lie, I would LOVE to see what Lindsay wears) as long as Lindsay is staying on the straight and narrow.  It's nice to see all our Hollywood bad girls have happy endings this year.

Lindsay Lohan was spotted on her way to launch her fashion line, 6126, at Henri Bendel's New York City store Monday afternoon sporting some torn leggings from the new line. Lindsay was inspired to name her brand 6126, after Marilyn Monroe's birthday. She says

I named the collection after Marilyn Monroe’s birth
date, because to me she represents timeless, confident glam -­ and that is
 the voice of this brand.”

Lindsay Lohan  left a Beverly Hills hair salon yesterday afternoon with friend, Patrick Aufdenkamp and if I'm not mistaken not only does Lindsay have a new style, but her hair appears to be darker. What do you think about it? Anyone else religiously go dark in the winter? I tend to give my hair a break when the weather gets colder.

Lindsay Lohan and gal pal Samantha Ronson were in Beverly Hills yesterday enjoying lunch and later picking up some candy. I know Lindsay loves her leggings and I admit they are comfortable, but what do you think of this over all look?

Lindsay Lohan stated in the most recent issues of Marie Claire that she wants to adopt a child.  Adopting really is THE trend in Hollywood these days...and really what a great trend to follow.  It's certainly better than the streak of DUI's and jail time we saw last year.  And the children adopted by celebs will undoubtedly have better lives being provided for by these people who have access to everything they could ever need. 

Anyways, getting back to the interview with the magazine, Lindsay says,

"At some point, I want to adopt a kid as well. A child in need or a newborn from another country. I’m not sure yet."

And when it comes to Samantha Ronson, she's still not really talking.

"People can think what they want. I'm really happy and that's all that matters."

Lindsay Lohan and girlfriend Samantha Ronson seemed to be enjoying their vacation together in Mexico, taking a dip in the warm waters while eating popsicles. The twosome also lounged around laughing and smoking.

These two seem truly happy together. It's so nice to see Lindsay doing so well.

This is so SAD! I don't care how unaffected Lindsay Lohan looks these days... this has to hurt. Imagine your father just losing it and you were scared enough to take out an order of protection against him?

UGH!

What a terrible thing to have to go through. Parents are supposed to be rocks in our lives. I couldn't imagine having to cut ties with one of mine... especially in this fashion.

According to the NY Post, Lindsay has joined both her sister and her mother in taking out an order of protection against Michael Lohan, her father.

ANOTHER day, another Lohan family drama. Lindsay , who told us several days ago that her father, Michael, "needs to be on medication," is so scared of him, sources said, that she's "taking out an order of protection.

He's behaving so erratically that she's terrified he'll do something to her. She's contacted her lawyer to arrange this." Lindsay's sister, Ali, "already has an order of protection against him, as does [mom] Dina. No one is speaking with him until he gets help." Lindsay's rep declined to comment. 

We all see how obsessed Michael is with fame, so maybe it's the best move for all of them.

Guess the cat is out of the bag as Lindsay Lohan has admitted that she's been dating Samantha Ronson for "a long...very long time".

The interview begins with a recap about the Travis Barker / DJ AM accident and Samantha talking about her friendship with Adam. As expected, turns out he really is a great guy. Everyone seems to have a great tale to tell when it comes to Adam.

Then Lindsay jumps on the phone to give her recap of the accident. She found out via text alongside Samantha very early in the morning. She sends out her blessings to the families who have lost someone and talks about how she won't fly private anymore. 

With only seconds to spare, and in true DJ fashion, Lindsay's call ended with a questions about her unclear relationship with Ronson.

I guess if Lindsay Lohan ever becomes part of an actor's cast, they have to prepare themselves for questions about her work ethic. Everyone is so desperate to find something interesting to write about Lindsay these days and the truth is, she is keeping quiet and working hard.

Someone got a hold of Vanessa Williams and asked how she felt Lindsay did on the set of Ugly Betty. 

"I think she was shocked by all the hours we work. In TV, with all the setups and characters we have, it's not a cushy job.

"I think she not only rose to the occasion but did a really good job. I think people will be pleased. She makes a great transition from Kimmie, who is working at Flushing Burger, to working for me at Mode, and I think people will enjoy seeing her progress."
