Wearing a pair of retro-looking glasses and all-black attire, Michelle Williams walks the Brooklyn Bridge encouraging people to vote come this November Presidential Election.
Though I may not care for celebrity Presidential endorsements... I do like to see them encouraging voters, especially younger voters, to have a say.

Michelle Williams and her adorable daughter Matilda were spotted out for a walk in Brooklyn yesterday afternoon. I love these two together and I'm glad that Michelle seems to be raising her in a loving, "normal" environment. Can you believe Matilda is going to be 3 in a couple of months? Time flies....

Michelle Williams has admitted that she keeps a daily diary of her life. She started it back when Matilda was born and kept it up to the present, writing about the horrible tragedy of Heath Ledger's death and before that, Heath trying to get off drugs (rumored to be one of the reasons for their breakup). The press got wind of the diary and now several New York publications are trying to find it so they can publish the journal.
Williams, who is notoriously private, was horrified to learn people wanted to publish the journal. She plans to share it only with Matilda when she's older and has made that very clear to people.
I'm sure it would be devestating for Michelle were the journal to fall into the wrong hands.

Michelle Williams may have a new man in her life. She was seen recently canoodling with director Spike Jonze outside his N.Y.C. apartment.
"Michelle kissed Spike with a closed mouth on the corner of his lips. There was definitely a bit of caressing going on. She was clutching his arm. The body language was very romantic."
I know she wasn't with Heath Ledger at the time of his death, but still...he was the father of her child. So it's nice to see her healing and moving forward with her life.

Michelle Williams fears that Matilda is too young to really remember her father. So in order to make sure her daughter will know Heath Ledger as she grows older, the actress is planning on making a movie about his life.
"It makes Michelle’s heart ache that Matilda was so young when Heath died and she’s unlikely to retain any memories of her father. "She (Williams) wants to keep his spirit alive with something Matilda can treasure all her life."
I think it's a wonderful idea and since she has the means and connections to do it, why not?

Michelle Williams really has had a rough year. I'm glad she can take a little breather and enjoy her trip to Cannes. She says she's having a great time at the film festival, promoting, not one, but two movies!
"It actually does feel kind of special to have two films at the same time," Williams said. "The film [Martin Scorsese's Shutter Island, which she's currently filming in Boston] was sweet enough to let me come here and enjoy it."Â
She's only in town for 48 hours because she's traveling without Matilda, but she's happy she had the chance to go.
"[It's] something you can look back on at the end of your life and think, 'That was a cool thing I did when I was 27.'"Â
