Britney Spears Wasn’t Ready For Blackout

Blackout was a decent CD, but Britney Spears didn’t put a whole lot of effort into promoting it. A producer she’s working with for her next "comeback" album, Taio Cruz, says she just wasn’t ready the last time. But this time it will be the real deal.

"Her career is riding on this record so I need to sit down and talk to her to make sure she is ready. The songs will be good – she has Kanye, Pharrell, Timbaland and me doing tracks for her. It is more a matter of whether she is mentally and physically ready for this. On the last album, Blackout, she was tired and people were forcing her to put another album out. If she is ready it will be huge – she just came with Blackout too early. We have a few ideas. It could even be bagpipes – I used them in a track ages ago, a nice sample over an R&B beat. They could pop up on a Britney or Justin album."

Bagpipes? Hmm, could be an interesting sound for Britney. Yeah, let’s not lie.I’m pretty excited for this new record.

Jennifer Lopez Doing Triathalon

Jennifer Lopez is one of those people that does everything all the way. She gets pregnant…she has twins, she wants to get back in shape…she does a triathalon. Yes, you read that right. As if having a clothing line, being a singer/actress and a mother/wife weren’t enough for J-Lo, she’s decided she’s going to run a triathalon! Her trainer said,

“The workouts change daily, depending on the day, the time and the freedom,” he says. “She’s going to get it done because she wants to.”

She’ll be doing the race in the fall. But he says, even a triathalon isn’t enough to stress super-mom, J-Lo.

"She may be the most efficient multitasker I know. She literally has every aspect of her life in check,” he says. “She doesn’t have a nanny, a chef or a nutritionist. She makes time for the kids. Family comes first.”

I’ll admit, I’m totally amazed.

Emma Watson At Cartier Polo Event

There is something I just love about this girl. She seems like she really has her head screwed on straight…I just pray I she won’t be getting any DUI’s or flashing the money shot in the near future and making me eat my words.

Emma Watson was photographed at the Cartier International Polo Day event. Natalie Imbruglia is also in the thumbnails. Unfortunately there were no full length shots of her dress, which is sad because it looks really cute from the waist up!

Rebecca Romijn Expecting Twins!

Man, there really must be something in the Hollywood water…

Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O’Connell are expecting twins! And yes, this news has already been confirmed by their rep. The two have been open about the fact that they were trying and hoping to have children sometime soon, so it looks like they got their wish. A source said,

"Jerry couldn’t be happier about becoming a dad.”

Congrats to the happy couple! Here’s to wishing Rebecca a complication-free pregnancy.

Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt Asking Bono To Be Twins’ Godfather

Well, they have that humanitarian connection, so I might actually believe this. It is rumored that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are planning to have Bono step in as the godfather for their twins. According to The Mirror,

"Brad and Angie think the world of Bono. They have been friends for years. Brad is a massive U2 fan and told Bono how much he admired him when they were introduced at a party a few years back.

"Since then, they’ve become very close, which Brad is thrilled about. Angelina is inspired by Bono’s humanitarian work and gets on with his wife Ali Hewson."

If this is true, then Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline will have the coolest godfather ever! How fun would that be?
