Madonna Is Not Ready For Another Trip Down The Aisle Rumor had it that Madonna was planning to marry her boyfriend Jesus Luz.
“It can go either way. But why not? I could definitely see myself marrying him. Yes, it’s definitely on the table. He’s so sweet. He checks in with me all the time. I probably should do the same, but you know me. I think he gets it now that I’m a little, shall we say, self-involved.”
Turns out that information is just that: a rumor.
Rumors ran rampant on the net suggesting that the “Material Girl” was ready to settle down for the third time, but reps for her Madgesty tell “Extra” that they’re “not true.”
You can’t blame Madonna for not being in a hurry to get married a third time, can you?

Kate Gosselin Is Not Willing To Delay Divorce Jon Gosselin may want to slow down their divorce, but Kate reportedly is having none of it, according to Radar Online.
“Kate sees no reason to wait and drag this out,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com. “She doesn’t think Jon is being sincere in his comments. She thinks it’s all a publicity stunt.”
She learned about Jon’s “request” to slow the divorce the same way everyone else did – by reading about it on Tuesday in the press. And although one source says Jon had a letter with this information in it sent to Kate through an arbitrator, Kate never received or read it. “If he meant any of it, he could have easily told her in person or on the phone,” the source told RadarOnline.com.
“Jon is trying to repair his public image,” the source continued.
It should be noted that no one has talked about stopping the divorce for a possible reconciliation. Since that’s the case, I can’t say I blame Kate for wanting to just move forward and end this so they can move on with their lives. Sometimes too much has happened for a public statement of regret to be sufficient.
And I have to admit, I don’t blame her for being skeptical about Jon’s comments, do you?

Rose McGowan Breaks Off Engagement To Robert Rodriguez According to Radar Online, actress Rose McGowan has called off her engagement to director Robert Rodriguez.
The couple officially announced their engagement in October 2007 after becoming romantically involved in 2006 on the set of the Planet Terror segment of Grindhouse, which was directed by Rodriguez and starred McGowan as a stripper with a machine-gun leg.
The couple first raised eyebrows when they began dating; people speculated that their relationship led Robert to divorce his wife of 16 years. Robert later said they had already been separated.
Rose recently finished shooting ‘Machete,’ which Robert directed, and is next set to star in ‘Red Sonja,’ which Robert is producing. This couple has worked together a lot; I wonder if they’ll continue to collaborate.
Reps for the couple have not confirmed this story.

Jon Gosselin Apologizes And Files Papers To Delay Divorce Jon Gosselin has filed papers to delay the divorce and issued a statement through his attorney.
“He woke up one morning, looked in the mirror and didn’t like the reflection,” Jon’s attorney, Mark Jay Heller, tells In Touch. “He realized he’d made some bad choices.” Jon and Kate were due to be officially divorced by the end of November – but now he claims he’s had a serious change of heart. “I regret my conduct since Kate and I separated [on June 22],” Jon tells In Touch exclusively. “I used poor judgment in publicly socializing with other women so soon.”
I can’t help but point out that this delay was announced when Jon’s first attorney dropped him, so it seems that a new attorney would need time to get up to speed no matter what, but I hope his sentiments are still sincere. What do you think?

Jon Gosselin Dropped From ‘Jon And Kate Plus 8′ Well, it happened. Jon Gosselin has been dropped from ‘Jon and Kate Plus 8,’ according to People.
In a stunning announcement, TLC said Tuesday morning that as of Nov. 2 Jon Gosselin would no longer appear on the popular reality series Jon & Kate Plus 8. The program would undergo a name change, to simply Kate Plus 8
After an initial ratings spike last spring when rumors of marital problems surfaced, the ratings dropped steadily since the show started up again in August. I get the impression this is what Jon wanted, but something tells me this may be a case of be careful what you wish for.
ETA: Here’s more of TLC’s statement:
TLC will continue its exclusive relationship with Jon Gosselin and he will continue to appear on the show, but on a less regular basis.”
Said Eileen O’Neill of TLC: “Given the recent changes in the family dynamics, it only makes sense for us to refresh and recalibrate the program to keep pace with the family. The family has evolved and we are attempting to evolve with it; we feel that Kate’s journey really resonates with our viewers. Additionally the network is in development on a Kate project for 2010.”
So Jon isn’t out entirely, and it looks like that rumored ‘Divorced Dad’s Club’ with Michael Lohan still isn’t an option. For those of you who watch the show, is this good news?

Kelly Rutherford Files Restraining Order Against Ex-Husband Things are only getting worse for actress Kelly Rutherford as she battles her estranged husband Daniel Giersch in a custody battle for their two year old son Hermes and three month old daughter Helena. Kelly obtained a restraining order against Giersch on Thursday according to the Los Angeles Superior Courts Records.
Kelly told the press that her ex-husband “
Giersch’s lawyer has called the claims “fabricated accusations”. However the order will stay in effect for 21 days until they meet again in court on October 15.
