Sienna Miller was photographed leaving a clinic in Beverly Hills the other day wearing a cute grey dress and simple black flats. I'm not sure what kind of clinic since the photo agency didn't specify... 

Doesn't it seem like this is the first time in months that she hasn't hidden her face from the paparazzi? Did she have a change of heart about this whole... situation? Will Sienna stop hiding and start to face the music with her head held high?

It still looks like she tried to exit through the back though...

Sienna Miller can't take the hate anymore. Too many people are blaming her for Balthazar Getty's marriage coming to an end. Sienna's stepmother, Kelly Hoppen has told British press that the actress is ready to move overseas to steer clear of this new image she has "earned".

"It’s disgusting that she can not live in her own country. Now she’s going to have to leave the country to get on with life. She can’t live here now.

"Why is it that if a man leaves his wife the new woman gets all the s**t? That doesn’t happen the other way round."

But Hoppen insists that Miller is not letting the negative stories upset her. She adds, "

We try not to read the papers anymore. She’s actually doing fine. In fact she is great. But we’ve only read one positive article about her ever."

Sienna Miller and her new boyfriend Balthazar Getty were photographed leaving the Groucho Club in London last night and from the looks of it, Sienna wasn't too happy about having her picture taken. She's gotten a lot of flack for dating the married Balthazar and supposedly breaking up their marriage. I'm curious how you all feel about her? Do you believe that the couple was separated prior to Sienna coming into the picture?

A London local was so unhappy with Sienna Miller's relationship with Balthazar Getty that they wrote the word "****" on her outside flat wall.

The "Factory Girl's" London flat was vandalized by an overzealous critic who expressed his or her opinion of Miller by spraying "****" graffiti on the wall.

Will Sienna ever get away from this new home wrecker tag? Does it matter that Balthazar was separated from his wife at the time of their relationship? Angelina Jolie has had a hard time with Jennifer Aniston fans because of this. But no one has ever taken it this far with her.

Hey now! If you're filming a movie from the 60's you have to really get into character. Sienna Miller had a few nude scenes for the upcoming movie, Hippie Hippie, Shake and apparently her grooming habits now differ a bit from the way the ladies did it back then.

"Unfortunately, Brazilians weren't common in the 60s and Sienna's part involved one or two nude scenes - meaning that her grooming habits were on full display.

Sienna's private parts were digitally enhanced, giving her a rather unruly, loud and proud bush."

Just when I think Hollywood can't get any crazier, it does. Can you imagine having your girly bits being digitally airbrushed?!? INSANE!
