Joe Simpson Creates Sitcom About Raising Jessica And Ashlee

I hope you can’t get enough of Jessica and Ashlee Simpson because Papa Joe is at it again! He just signed a deal with Nickelodeon to create a comedy which is loosely related to raising his two famous daughters.

The untitled show will be loosely based on Simpson’s real-life experience as a psychologist raising two daughters in Texas. The story in the comedy project centers on one of the daughters who begins imitating her father and giving life advice to other kids in her school.

I wonder if the girls are planning on guest starring in the series. Perhaps it was part of the deal?

‘New Moon’ Co-Star Disses Taylor Lautner’s New Movie

Alex Meraz was a member of Taylor Lautner’s Wolfpack in ‘New Moon.’ Well, Alex saw a clip of Taylor’s new movie, ‘Valentine’s Day,’ and the claws came out when he took to twitter.

Sorry Taylor but the movie “valentines day” looks lame and desperate it cries out”look we have all the biggest starz in 1movie pleez watch!”

An hour later, Alex re-thought that tweet (or someone contacted him .

P.S. it has nothing to do with the talented actors in the movie I just don’t like the producer & Directors “get rich quick skeem” nuff said

But that wasn’t enough, because an hour later Alex was tweeting again (I’m guessing if someone hadn’t given him an earful before, they had by now):

Talk about biting the hand that feeds me..but I’m a wolf for crying out loud! I’ll be careful next time I spill twitter all over everyone

Obviously ‘Valentine’s Day’ is geared towards women, so it’s not surprising that a twentysomething guy wouldn’t like it. Do you think this was just Alex being too honest on twitter, a chance to get some attention, or jealousy between co-stars? (Or all the above

Regardless, this little incident proves two things: first, the power/danger of twitter, and second, it’s not just women who get into catfights. LOL!

Nicole Richie Jokes About Out-Singing Jennifer Hudson

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden both attended the new recording of “We Are The World” yesterday. They Twittered about the experience.

Nicole wrote:

“I hope Jennifer Hudson wasn’t upset that I was out-singing her tonight,” she sarcastically Twittered.

She was blown away by Brian Wilson:

“Brian Wilson stood next to me & I got to hear him sing right into my left ear. Can you say AWESOME!”

I really think it’s neat that Nicole was able to participate in it – she was 4 years old when her dad wrote the song with Michael Jackson. She said she was “excited” to do it again and “help make a change.”

They even brought Harlow along! Joel Tweeted:

“Watched harlow flirt with Kanye, Cary Hart, Busta [Rhymes], Sean garret, and the jonas brothers,” he joked via Twitter. “Just like her mom, she plays hard to get.”

Too cute! Reportedly, over 80 stars showed up for the recording!

Tila Tequila Deletes Twitter Page And Adopts?

This morning, after posting a rant on her Twitter account, Tila Tequila had the account deleted. She posted a picture of her 3 year old nephew and what she bought him for his birthday. Apparently she got some pretty hateful comments and she lashed out:

“Look at the hater comments being left on this pic! HOW SAD THAT PEOPLE TALK S–T ABOUT A 3 YEAR OLD KID,” Tequila wrote in the early morning hours of Monday. “Twitter, by FAR as THE MOST HATEFUL, DEVIL WORSHIPPERS, RACIST, AND VIOLENT COMMUNITY THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! TWITTER IS BAD.”

“My true fans know where to find me,” she wrote

Shortly after that Tweet, she deleted the account completely.

Yesterday she was Twittering about new clients she was going manage.

wow 8:30am and all I’m doing is cutting business deals for all of the clients I manage!!!!!! I gotta go to sleep now for the little baby! xo

So for now I have 1 musician I manage, 1 Actor, 1 Ford Supermodel & one Pro Football Star Im in negotiations with to manage him too! BOSS!!!

It’s hard to keep up with this girl! Over the weekend she also said that she’s planning to adopt a child and has started the paperwork even though she’s pregnant already.

Ok I will adop 2 children from HAITI….I’m going to try to do that ASAP! Those poor babies! Mommy is coming to rescue u my Angels!
What countries should I adopt my children from??? I LOVE KIDS! I’m going to have such a FUN family w/all my babies playing 2gether!

Oy. What do you think about Tila leaving Twitter??? And the adopting and her becoming a manager? My head is spinning.

I Keep Waiting For This Awful Joke To End… And It Never Does

Remember first season of ‘Making the Band‘ when Aubrey O’Day was completely unaffected and completely untouched and completely amazing? Remember rooting for her? Remember thinking how pretty and talented she was? REMEMBER?

Pete Wentz Talks Fatherhood On Twitter

As a Blackberry owner (and addict), I truly understand how powerful Pete Wentz’s statement is about his son Bronx Mowgli. On Twitter, the Fall Out Boy admitted that “he is the only person that can take me away from my blackberry. the only thing i want to get right in my entire life.”

HOW SWEET!

That’s not the only thing Pete admitted this weekend. The rocker also said he wouldn’t mind settling down in France.

“In south france feeling the jet lag. I could live here. France is amazing. The food. The people.”

Last year, Pete revealed he wanted to move out of Los Angeles to protect his family’s privacy.

Once you have a kid it’s a little bit different. You’re more protective. You want them to have a normal life, or as normal as possible. We’re going to figure out moving somewhere that’s a little less public. But we still got to be close enough where we can work. There’ll be too many paparazzi and you’ll get mobbed. You’re just trying to protect your wife or your kid. It’s just frustrating.”
