Katy Perry Has A Fun Birthday It sounds like Katy Perry had a fun 25th birthday party with a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory theme! Guests were asked to wear white with no explanation as to why. Hopefully they didn’t wear anything they really liked.
“They got a little crazy with the paint!” a partygoer told RadarOnline.com “I wasn’t expecting it but everyone got painted – even Taylor Swift!”
Katy and Russell Brand arrived together.
“They were totally loved up!” reported an eyewitness. “Katy was having a ball and Russell was catering to her every whim. At one point he was down on his knees bowing and offering her a huge swirly lollipop. She grabbed it from his hands and pretended to knight him with it.”
Overall, it sounds like the party was a success, if one guest’s testimonial is any indication.
“It was very surreal and very well done. A really great party!” raved a guest.

Kiss! Kiss! Katy Perry and Russell Brand attended a private party in the Hollywood Hills, California yesterday afternoon and couldn’t keep their hands off of one another. Call me crazy – but I think these two are really cute together!
They both have ear to ear smiles and are obviously enjoying their time spent together.

Love It Or Hate It: Katy Perry Hey, I’m a fan of The Muppets just as much as the next gal. I vividly remember watching the show right before I went to sleep each week. However, I’m not so sure I would want to wear a dress that had each of the characters on the skirt. Yes, Miss Piggy is a looker, but does she belong front row at a Paris Fashion Week runway show?

Are Things Getting Serious Between Russell Brand And Katy Perry? Russell Brand is “in love” with Katy Perry. The comedian is so smitten with the singer – who he recently enjoyed a romantic holiday in Thailand with – he has vowed to end his womanising ways.
He said: “I think I’m in love.”
When asked about his relationship with Katy, he added: “I don’t think I should be drawn on that.”
Friends say the 34-year-old British star is keen to keep the romance under wraps so he doesn’t spoil his chances with the brunette beauty. A friend told Britain’s The Sun newspaper:
“Russell has had a crush on Katy for ages and was like an excited schoolboy after they got together. He really sees her as an ideal catch and is prepared to stop seeing other girls. He doesn’t want to talk about it yet as he doesn’t want to blow his chances.”
Katy, 24, was photographed in London with Russell at the weekend and despite heading to France for Paris Fashion Week, she is keen to return to the presenter’s home. A source said:
“She knows about Russell’s reputation but finds him really charming and funny. She’s keen to make a go of it.”

Katy Perry Secretly Dating Russell Brand Rumor has it that Katy Perry is secretly dating Russell Brand. The ‘Hot N Cold’ singer was whisked away to Thailand on a romantic break with the presenter after impressing him with a picture of her breasts after they met at the MTV Video Music Awards last month.
“When they were both in New York for the music awards Russell finally got his chance to work his charm on her. Katy knows his bad boy reputation but could not resist – especially when Russell sent her a love poem with a note attached saying, ‘Please send me a poem back.’
“Russell couldn’t stop laughing when Katy sent a photo of her boobs with the word ‘poem’ scrawled across them. The next minute Russell picked up the phone and invited her to Thailand for a secret getaway.”

Friends have warned Katy about the 34-year-old comic’s womanizing ways but she is determined to make the relationship work. The source told Britain’s The Sun newspaper:
“Despite his reputation, Katy thinks Russell is so charming she just wants to give things a go with him. She thinks he is hilarious and incredibly sexy.”
The couple have now returned from their trip, with Katy taking to her Twitter page to gush about the “magical” holiday. Speaking about some of Russell’s favorite stars, she added:

Russell also used Twitter while on holiday, revealing he had been looking at “sexy” statues in Thailand.

"When I leave my sparkly outfits at home and put on some sweats or something a lot of people don’t recognize me. Like the other day I was at a show and this guy was talking about me while I was in the same elevator. He said ‘Oh yeah, I heard she was a b****.’ Then he said ‘I wouldn’t even know her if she was in the elevator.’ So I was like ‘Yeah, me too.’ And the other day in New York City this guy goes ‘Oh you look like that girl that sings about kissing girls but she’s a little bit bigger than you are.’ And I was like ‘Yeah, she’s huge. Pudgy.’ I find it really funny. Sometimes I even say ‘How dare you compare me to her, she is such a wench."
How funny!!! But what a very strange feeling to have people talking bad about you as you’re standing right next to them. I don’t think I could deal.

Katy Perry Confirmed As American Idol Judge… And Paula Abdul Might Get Her Job Back I have my fingers crossed for you Miss Paula Abdul!!
TMZ is reporting that there still might be a chance Paula will keep her judging seat on American Idol…IF she accepts a lower figure than her hard balling negotiator was so firmly pushing. Remember, Paula wanted $20 million a year to compete with Ryan Seacrest’s $45 million contract and Simon Cowell’s gazillion dollar deal.
Word on the street (the internet street) is the big number is $10 million a year.TAKE IT PAULA! TAKE IT!! Those kids need you.
In the meantime, the show is securing top talent this season to guest judge. Katy Perry is the newest name added to the list.
Wonder if all the guest judges will have to perform as well? That would be even more of a reason to tune in.

The singer went to East Side Ink in New York City for a new ankle tattoo of a strawberry on her ankle last night. While there, she asked for a fake Josh Grobin tat and showed that one off to photographers when they asked to see what she did. LOL!

Katy Perry Talks Fashion Inspiration Katy Perry’s fashion sense was inspired by ‘Clueless‘ growing up.
The ‘I Kissed A Girl’ singer admits she found her love for knee-high socks, cardigans in pastel shades, belly tops and mini-kilts while watching the movie.Today the singer looks to Dita, Bjork Agyness and the like. Katy explained:
"’Clueless’ was a fabulous inspiration to me in the 90s! So were Shirley Manson, a young Gwen Stefani, Madonna and Courtney Love. Now I idolize Dita Von Teese, Agyness Deyn, Bjork, Natalia Vodianova, and always Lolita."
The 24-year-old singer is famed for her outrageous style both on and off the stage – she wore a black and pink Hello Kitty corset and black PVC leggings to this year’s BRIT Awards in London – but refuses to tone down her look.
Katy claims there is nothing she would rule out wearing, and doesn’t find her past fashion faux pas embarrassing.
She told vogue.com:"I’ve tried a lot of looks and still continue to do so. I take lots of chances. Sometimes people are inspired and sometimes, confused. I never regret much of anything, though – I think everything I have tried, for better or worse, has been a creative expression of what I was feeling at that moment in life.

Some1 just broke into our bus, they got caught. Luckly all there is is glitter, catsuit outfits, fruit & a box set of Ab Fab. Sux fer them.

The ‘I Kissed a Girl’ singer – who reconciled with her boyfriend, Gym Class Heroes rocker Travis McCoy in April after a four-month split – is looking for a “connection”.“I’m not casual at all. I’ve always been into making a connection with someone. That’s what it’s all about for me. Besides, it’s sexier to be mysterious and not give it away. I never hook up.”

Katy Perry Is Thankful For Her Sister Katy Perry thinks her sister is saving her from rehab.
The ‘Hot N Cold’ singer is always accompanied by elder sibling Angela, 26, and says her sister’s harsh stance has stopped her spiraling out of control.“Angela is the one who kicks my a*s. The way she wakes me up is pretty horrible. She’ll stand over my face with a glass of cold water and count to three. If I’m not up by three, she’ll pour.
“You need ‘no’ people around you, otherwise you’ll end up in rehab. My sister doesn’t care how many records I’ve sold or what I’ve done or what I have.”
You absolutely need no people in your life. That’s what goes wrong with most celebs – they get placed on a pedestal and everyone just agrees and agrees. Katy is very lucky in this instance.
The singer also claims her sister is responsible for her success as Angela got her interested in singing at a young age.
“I fell into singing at the age of nine because I was copying everything my sister did. She started having singing lessons and I was like, ‘I want them too’. ”
