  Nicole Richie Arrested For DUI

  Nicole Richie’s SUV was spotted going the WRONG way on 134 Freeway in Burbank. Someone called the cops on her and guess who got arrested for DUI?! The cops said she admitted to taking Vicodin and smoked pot.

  TMZ has learned that Nicole Richie was arrested for DUI early Monday morning. She was booked at 4:50 AM today and was released 45 minutes ago. The booking sheet reveals Richie is 5’1″ and 85 lbs.

  A rep for Richie could not immediately be reached for comment. (source)

  Nicole Richie Has Gained Some Weight

  People Magazine is reporting that Nicole Richie has put on at least 5 pounds since she began her treatment for her weight issues. Getting rid of bad influences was credited as one of the reasons why she is back on the right track (cough, cough – Zoe). She obviously has a long way to go. But at least she knows where she is heading now.
  

  “She has (put on) at least 5 lbs.,” says a source close to the actress. “She wants to prove she’s trying to change. She looks better than she’s ever looked. I love it. She’s taking care of herself and is in a good place.” (source)

  Peta has come out with their list of fur offenders. Did they miss anyone?

  1. Nicole Richie: This pelt-wearing party girl is all animal skin and bones. She’s an incredible shrinking woman with the heart to match.
  2. Ashley Olsen: Wearing fur does add 20 pounds, but if Ashley wants to fill out her frame, we suggest using a fork instead.
  3. Christina Ricci: Disregarding the holiday season’s “Peace on Earth” message, Ricci recently posed for a magazine cover wearing fur from slaughtered reindeer. At least she’s not into fur hats: Imagine how many more pelts it would take to cover that forehead.
  4. Eva Longoria: You’d think she’d be more sympathetic to the plight of rabbits considering the way she screws around like one on Wisteria Lane.

  Nicole Richie told Us Weekly the reason she dumped Rachel Zoe as her stylist is because she “wanted to surround herself with positive people and influences. Nicole didn’t trust Rachel anymore.”Well, a close friend of Rachel told The NY Post:
