Reese Witherspoon And Jake Gyllenhaal Are Ready To Wed

I love these two and would be so happy if this were true! I have to admit that I'm a little amazed Reese is ready to give marriage another shot. If the cheating rumors about Ryan Phillippe were true, I'm just impressed that she is ready to put that much trust into another guy after getting burned once.
"They've been talking marriage for a while. They'll be formally engaged any day now. They want to spend the rest of their lives together. This is a very serious relationship. But Reese is very conservative and traditional. I'm sure she doesn't want her kids to see her 'living in sin.'"

I like and Respect Celebrities like Reese. She's so grounded, refreshing and has Integrity. Not to mention a ton of Talent and brains.
I hope it lasts if that's true. I couldn't believe when her and Ryan divorced, I always thought they would make it.
Ok, I have to say I love Reese, but the info seems to be a little off. I know she's fairly conservative, but let us not forget that she did follow the get pregnant then get married thing with Ryan!
I'm sure she's putting a lot of thought and consideration for her children in relation to Jake and their father. It's not an easy position to be in, and I think that's probably a better reason for them not just jumping into things.
Jake doesn't strike me as the cheating type. He seems like a good guy. I am surprised she got that serious with someone so soon after her divorce. But when the right one comes along, I guess you better go for it regardless of the timing. A friend of mine had been living with her boyfriend for 2 years and were planning to get married when he cheated on her with her best friend. Needless to say she lost her guy and best friend in one shot. She wasn't ready to jump on the dating bandwagon yet when a friend set her up with another guy about 2 months after the split and they really hit it off. They have been married for 3 yrs now and expecting their first baby this summer. So I guess rebounds can work.
This is so bizarre. I've heard from so many sources that Jake is gay, and she's just his beard. Hmmm I hope it's not true and she finds happiness with him, because I really like Reece.
Jen#2, I completely agree. Reese was pregnant before she was engaged and married to Ryan, but maybe because of her kids she wants to set a good example, except don't they already know she lived in sin when she was pregnant with them?

She can't give good example for her children because she has a colection of man whose help her to have better place in films in Hollywood.

Amy I totally agree about Jake. I really hope its true and i hope they have a long long marriage. Reese deserves happiness with a man that really loves her and won't hurt her.
Well, I don't know about all these marriage rumors. But, they do make a cute couple and appear to be happy. So, if it's true good for them!

I have no doubt that Reese will get married again, she wouldn't want her kids to not have a "father" in the house. She's a good, smart Southern girl, she'll only marry him if its 200 percent right.
Reese's talent gets her the work, nothing else. She's much more A-list than either Jake or Ryan, who by the way repeatedly cheated on her and lost his family because of it. IMO he's so not hot; milktoast and boring. This relationship is fake because Jake is gay.
I'm not buying OK's article. Its a bunch of BS. OK is not a reliable source magazine. Besides Jake and Reese have been very low keyed about their relationship, and I highly doubt that their friends and family would report to any tabloid mag. about their relationship.
