It sure didn’t take Reese Witherspoon that long to finally open up about her embarrassing arrest from last month. The actress sat down with Good Morning America, where she revealed that not only is she mortified about what happened, but that she’s definitely learned her lesson and won’t repeat it again. Here’s a snippet:

She explained, “I have no idea what I was saying. That night I saw him arresting my husband, and I panicked. I said all kinds of crazy things. I said I was pregnant.” The actress flashed a look of amazement, then said, “I’m not pregnant. I said crazy things. I had no idea what I was talking about.”

Telling her older children about the very public incident, she said, was “the hardest part about it. When you make a mistake, you take responsibility, and we are taking responsibility, and we are doing everything within our power to make it right.”

It’s a good thing that Reese is taking responsibility for what both she and her husband did. With three kids at home, let’s hope that the next time she rethinks getting into a car and takes a cab instead!

Yes, I know what you’re thinking, because I’m thinking the same thing: it’s probably Gwyneth Paltrow month in the media right now, right? I mean, wherever you turn your head, she is everywhere these days! The actress opens up to the British version of Glamour Magazine, where she talks about trying to make her marriage work to her husband Chris Martin, and how she loves living in London with her kids. Here are a few highlights from her interview:

On loving London: “I love London – it’s my adopted home. Being an Americanwoman living in Britain, there are things I’ve had to catch up on, though. Chris had to explain Blue Peter to me! In London, the kids and I really take advantage of the city. I have them on the tube, in the museums, in St James’ Park, the theatre. I use that city so much – I want them exposed to it.”

Coping with marriage problems: “It’s hard being married. You go through great times, you go through terrible times. We’re the same as any couple. I asked my dad once, ‘How did you and Mum stay married for 33 years?’ And he said, ‘Well, we never wanted to get divorced at the same time’. And I think that’s what happens. When two people throw in the towel at the same time, then you break up, but if one person’s saying, “come on, we can do this’, you carry on. I’ve learned more about myself by being married than anything else. I hate to say, ‘We’ve got it worked out,’ because you never know what’s going to happen, but we laugh, we’re good friends, we like to do the same stuff.”

On her husband Chris: “I’m a very grounded, homey person and Chris is a very mad scientist, genius songwriter. So I never say ‘Where are you? You should be home by now’. I never place demands on him because I think he’s a really talented man and he’s putting something good into the world.”

Her children: “Having children changed everything. I used to work all the time, but if you do that, you don’t see your kids, so I look for something that’s interesting, that doesn’t require me to be in every scene and fits in with my children’s schoolschedule. Having children is a huge responsibility in terms of raising people who will contribute to the world. The people I’ve met who function best in the world are people with good manners, who are curious, who know different places and speak more than one language. So that’s what I’m trying to do.”

Gerard Butler stopped by an office. Check out the parking space he chose. It’s right underneath a “No Parking” sign. Don’t you know who he is? Gerard can park wherever he wants- LOL.

Well, upon closer inspection of the sign, it does say “No Parking Without Permission.” Perhaps Gerard had permission. If not, I bet he could sweet-talk his way out of a ticket. And if that didn’t work, I’m guessing he’d have no trouble paying the fine. Gerard really can park wherever he wants.

Now Jennifer Aniston is getting in on this creative promotion. She has a new web series called ‘Living Proof.’ It’s to promote her new line of hair care products.
