Say it isn’t so! Actually, I can’t help but LOL at this news piece here. Rumor has it that 19-year-old Justin Bieber was spotted shopping for an engagement ring for his on-again, off-again girlfriend, Selena Gomez. Here’s what we’re reading:

Justin Bieber has been shopping for a diamond ring for on-again love Selena Gomez. Pals believe the pop brat is preparing to pop the question.

He has asked Beverly Hills jeweller Neil Lane to design a £650,000 creation for July when Selena turns 21. Lane has supplied engagement rings for a string of stars, including Madonna and Britney Spears.

I mean, really? Justin is only 19 and he has the rest of his life ahead of him. Tell us, what do you think? Is this rumor fact… or fiction?

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez decided to go out for lunch yesterday. The couple ate at Geoffrey’s in Malibu. I guess Nahla was with her father for the weekend. Take a close look at Halle.

If she hadn’t announced she was pregnant, would you be able to tell? I would have NO clue. Now if you saw Halle in person a baby bump might be more visible, but I think Halle deserves an award for expertly camouflaging a burgeoning belly. Don’t you?

Eva Longoria was looking chic as she strolled the streets of Cannes to do some shopping. She stopped by Gerard Darel and Zadig et Voltaire. Wonder what Eva got? She has great taste, so I’m sure she picked out something fabulous.

After her shopping, Eva stopped outside of the Martinez Hotel. She signed autographs for waiting fans. It looks like Eva made their day!

Something tells me this isn’t the only celeb working out these kinds of deals. Here are the deets:

She hates the paps, and she’s been burned by the paps. So now she’s dealing with the paps and is working exclusively with one agency, agreeing to give them photos on a regular basis. The agreement started several months ago when she approached one agency in exchange for information on a paparazzo working for another agency. She wanted names, plates, any details available, presumably in hopes of either legal retribution, if possible, and illegal retribution, if necessary. Very gangster.

The only problem with making this kind of arrangement is that you have to deliver. And if you don’t deliver as often as the paps want, and on the kind of photos that are lucrative, they’ll take what they can get, show up when they’re not supposed to, and that compromises the control she was attempting to secure in the first place. Very Faustian.

Sounds like she’d better deliver! Any guesses?

Fergie covered her baby bump in a loose top and headed out to church yesterday morning. I don’t know if Josh Duhamel was away for work or just wanted to sleep in. Looks like she’s making the transition to flats. Smart move! Fashion is great, but feet are important. Aching feet make it difficult to do much of anything. Fergie’s clearly learning that lesson- LOL. I think she looks great here.

Fergie shows how maternity wear can still be chic. I’m loving her styles! Are you a fan of Fergie’s maternity look? I especially like how she’s staying chic but a little edgy. She’s remaining true to her hip roots.
