Celebrities Visit The Today Show There was quite a handful of celebs visiting The Today Show earlier today. Teen actress Miranda Cosgrove was there to promote her upcoming album coming out in April. She looks so grown up in these pictures it’s hard to imagine her as a young Disney actress anymore!
Kate Hudson and Jenna Bush were the two other guests on the show. I hear that Kate has some films in the works with two of them due in the upcoming year (2010). I can’t wait to see her in something new!

Kate Hudson Wants To Do Theatre Kate Hudson wants to star in a London stage show. The actress said she would accept role if it fitted in with her family life.
“I’ve had a really good year which is a kid of a good feeling, it’s the first year I’ve felt like that. I have thought about theatre, that would be fun. I would never shy away from that.
“As long as it’s the right opportunity and timing for my family, but you know, I could. The decision-making process to do something like that does become a lot harder but I would never shy away from that in the right circumstances.”
The 30-year-old star said she enjoyed the singing and dancing in ‘Nine’ so much that she wanted to do something involving that again.
“I would love to, it was so fun. It’s like the most exhilarating, joyful thing in the world, it’s like ‘Oh my god!’.”
They are really hyping this movie up… and it’s working on me. I can’t wait to see it.

Penelope Cruz Was Terrified Of Singing For ‘Nine’ Penelope Cruz was terrified of singing in new film ‘Nine’.
Speaking on the red carpet at the London premiere of the musical movie in Leicester Square last night, the 35-year-old Spanish actress admitted her singing was a bit rusty because she hadn’t done it in public for years.
The 35-year-old star told BANG Showbiz:
“Singing was terrifying because it was new and because it was my first time. It was like doing theatre, but I only did theatre as a student in Spain.”
Penelope – who plays seductress, Carla Albanese, who seduces Daniel Day-Lewis’ character, director Guido Contini, in the film – also revealed her sexy look in the movie was aided by some very good costume designers.
“The woman who designed the costumes for every one of us, I think she really must be one of the most amazing artists.”
Penelope was joined on the red carpet by several of her co-stars, including Nicole Kidman, 42, Kate Hudson, 30, and Dame Judi Dench, 74.
Judi admitted she was surprised by how well all the actresses got along, saying:
“They’re wonderful, I mean every single one, I swear you’re going to be surprised. They’re going to surprise everyone.”
This movie is going to be GREAT! I can’t wait to see it.

Kate Hudson Embarrasses Her Son Kate Hudson took five-year-old son Ryder to work with her one day while she was shooting the movie ‘Nine.’ It was a little more than Ryder could handle, though, when he saw Kate in costume.
With his face in his hands, the 5 years old son uttered those immortal words ‘[Mom], everybody’s staring at you.’
Her response “Well, honey, that’s the way it goes – I’m wearing a sparkly nothing!”
LOL! Something tells me Ryder is going to have more of those moments as he grows up and becomes more aware of what his mother does (regarding her acting, I mean). Then again, aren’t all kids embarrassed by their parents?

Kate Hudson Opens Up To Harper’s Bazaar Kate Hudson stars on the January cover of Harper’s Bazaar. Inside she chats about pregnancy, engagement and break up rumors, heartbreak and why she and Chris got divorced.
On failed relationships: “No matter how many times my heart breaks, I’ll never be any different.”
On why heartbreak is worth the risk: “I’d rather hang out with a person who’s done everything than who’s done nothing. It would suck to die and not have experienced my life, really. I mean, I think you should keep your eyes open. Blinders are fun for a second, but they have to come off eventually. And I believe it’s important to get to know people, to really get to know them.”
On pregnancy, engagement and break up rumors: “I’m not pregnant,” she says. “I can’t go two months without being pregnant, engaged, or breaking up because I’m too needy, which is always the one they love. I’m not needy. You kind of have to laugh it off, but it can kind of screw up other things around it.”
On why she doesn’t talk about her relationships: “I have a child, and there are people involved, and it’s unfair to talk about somebody else, especially when you’re not in that place yet to be discussing those things. If I was sitting here with a belly out to here, I’d be talking about what the relationship is and how important that is in my life right now.”
On not feeling pressure from family or friends to avoid Alex Rodriguez because of his past mistakes: ” I don’t really have friends like that,” Kate says. “My mother never shook anybody’s hand. She has kissed and hugged her way through life. [My family had] an open-door policy. We were never afraid to bring the wrong person home. They were always open to our failures.”
On the photo of her and A-Rod kissing: “There’s a guy that’s shooting probably 60 frames a minute. That was a sideswipe on the cheek. That wasn’t even a kiss. I quickly kissed the cheek. And I remember one of the headlines the next day said, MAKEOUT SESSION. What is wrong with people?”
On Chris Robinson: “Chris is a great dad. I feel really lucky. When we first met, it was so immediate. I had no question in my mind I was supposed to marry him and have children with him.
