Hot New Couple Alert: Lauren Graham And Peter Krause I had no idea this was happening, but now that I know, it seems perfect! ‘Parenthood’ co-stars Lauren Graham and Peter Krause are dating in real life. Lauren herself spilled the beans during an interview with Redbook magazine. The two first met 15 years ago, and although Lauren said they had a “connection,” shyness kept the two apart.
“I think we liked each other [but] he asked me over to his house to play a board game – and that’s exactly what we ended up doing,” she says. “So I was like, ‘This guy doesn’t like me. Who actually plays a board game?’… The timing wasn’t right. I don’t think either of us was ready.
“He’s obviously a very confident, appealing guy, but he’s shy, and so am I.”
Yet when they started working together on the NBC show ‘Parenthood,’ it looks like they got up the courage to try something more.
“One of the things that’s been so fun is that it’s so easy,” Graham says… “It’s a lot, to work with somebody and spend time with them, too.”
So how come we haven’t heard about these two before now?
“Nobody knew about it for awhile, because we like to be at home, cooking and not going out,” the former Gilmore Girls actress explains. “I’ve also been really protective of it, because it’s important that you can buy us as brother and sister on the show.”
Well that makes sense. And it gave them time to establish their relationship before the tabloids go crazy- LOL.
They seem like they’d make a great couple to me, but does it bother you that two actors who play siblings on TV are dating in real life?
