  LeAnn Rimes And Dean Sheremet Agree To Private Divorce

  LeAnn Rimes and estranged husband Dean Sheremet have agreed to a private divorce. The couple’s marriage will legally end on June 19, 2010, but the pair have requested that details of their split remain confidential. A document filed at a Los Angeles court read:

  “The settlement shall not be filed in this proceeding due to the parties mutual desire to maintain their respective rights to privacy.”

  The settlement will divide their cash, property and other valuables. Dean is also asking for spousal support and to have all his legal fees paid by LeAnn.

  Dean Sheremet Files For Divorce From LeAnn Rimes

  Us Magazine is reporting that Dean Sheremet has officially filed for divorce from wife, LeAnn Rimes. I’m sure this doesn’t come as a shock to anyone, as the two very publicly split amid rumors that LeAnn was cheating with Eddie Cibrian back in July.

  In the petition for divorce, Sheremet asks for Rimes to pay spousal support plus all attorney fees and costs.

  Eddie filed for divorce from his wife, Brandi Glanville, back in August already. I wonder if there were a few more details for Dean and LeAnn to iron out first?

  I hope they can both move forward with their lives and still remain close. They had been married since 2002. Do you think that Dean should be awarded spousal support?

  Eddie Cibrian’s Wife Says He’s Left Her Empty-Handed

  According to TMZ, Eddie Cibrian’s wife, Brandi, is claiming he is not helping her out financially since leaving her for LeAnn Rimes. Brandi says that Eddie refuses to help her pay for gas and food, even though Eddie is paid $60,000 per episode on CSI: Miami. According to the papers, however, it does say that he’s been paying her “household bills”.

  She’s asking for over $39,000 a month for spousal and child support, according to the divorce papers. According to TMZ, it will go for things such as:

  so she can pay for things like the kids’ schooling, the car, medical bills and of course — pilates.

  Do you think a husband should continue to pay for basic things like food and gas even after a separation? Do you think some might expect it in this case because he left her for another woman?

  LeAnn Rimes Says Her Next Album Is Inspired By Her Divorce

  LeAnn Rimes’ next album is inspired by her marriage split. The 27-year-old singer – who is getting divorced from Dean Sheremet following her affair with her ‘Northern Lights‘ co-star Eddie Cibrian – has poured her heartbreak into her new material, which is due to be released in the spring. She told People magazine:

  “Most of the stuff I’ve written myself, so it’s definitely my life. The subjects of the tunes are down the middle between heartbreak and love.”

  LeAnn has found writing new material helped her come to terms with the changes in her personal life.

  “Part of my therapy is to write. I write with a lot of my best friends, so most of our meetings are therapy sessions that turn into songs.

  “I’m great. I’m really happy and I am enjoying being back between Los Angeles and Nashville. With work and my personal life, everything’s good. It really is.”

  Despite their split, LeAnn and Dean – who were married for seven years – remain friends.

  Dean recently said he still speaks to LeAnn, adding he is “pretty good” at the moment.

  LeAnn and Eddie’s relationship was first exposed in March, although she initially denied it. Although she has not publicly confirmed the reports, LeAnn announced she was divorcing Dean in September – shortly after Eddie’s wife Brandi Glanville announced she was seeking a divorce.   Brandi Glanville Is Seeing Too Much Of LeAnn Rimes

  This does not sound good. Eddie Cibrian’s estranged wife, Brandi Glanville, claims LeAnn Rimes is way too close for her comfort.

  “I have a new neighbor and her name is LeAnn Rimes. She’s moved in a half a mile from my house and a block from my son’s school. So she is completely space invading me at the moment so things are not cool,” Glanville, 36, told Usmagazine.com…

  Glanville says her run-ins with Rimes in Calabasas, Calif. are “not pleasant.”

  “There is a point where she needs to have a sensitive side and back the F up,” she says.

  Glanville says she even spotted Rimes in front of her six-year-old son Mason’s school as she picked him up.

  “Honestly, she’s Single White Female-ing me. She wants my life,” Glanville goes on. “She wants my kids. She wants my husband. She can have most of everything but just not my children or my family.”

  I can understand Brandi not wanting to see LeAnn, but this may be a little extreme. Then again, Los Angeles is a very spread-out city, so it seems like a place where keeping your distance would be pretty easy.

  However, Brandi said her children with Eddie have no idea their parents are “feuding.” I hope that’s true.
