Britney Spears Wants Jamie Lynn And Maddie To Move In With Her

According to Transworld News, Britney Spears is allegedly trying to convince her younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears to move in with her. The pop star has been dying to get her little sister under her roof so she can help take care of Maddie. Britney is even offering to build her niece a brand new nursery filled with everything a little baby needs. Oh wait... that's just some diapers, a blanket and a few articles of clothing. You know what I mean.

“Brit has assured Jamie Lynn that she’ll build a nursery for Maddie – even promising that when she buys her new place, it will have a special wing for them.”

Meanwhile, sources claims Jamie Lynn has moved out of her Mississippi home where she lived with Casey Aldridge and moved in with mother Lynne Spears.

Hmmmnnn... what's the safer bet? Staying with mom who is currently busy trying to promote her BOOK about the downfall of her family, or move in with Britney who is trying to show the world that she is back and as healthy as ever?

This rumor just won't die will it? It keeps living and breathing and I am the one supplying it oxygen. Well, after this rep confirmation from Justin Timberlake's camp... it is what it is. There is NO TRUTH to the rumor that Justin and Britney Spears will work together on an upcoming project.

The. End.

Timberlake’s spokesman has denied a collaboration, insisting he "is not scheduled to be in the recording studio with Britney".

Kim Vo Confirms Britney Spears Will Perform At MTV's VMAs

E! Entertainment's Kim Vo has confirmed that he is working on three different hair styles for Britney Spears to show off at the MTV Video Music Awards. Here is the breakdown according to their website:

The first look would obviously be for the red carpet. Vo says he and Brit are still “feeling out” ideas about how that will look.

The second style would be for the show itself, probably something “more chic, like a side ponytail.”

And look No. 3 would be for her PERFORMANCE! That’s right, we said performance. For such an event, Vo and Brit want something “more quintessential Britney.” "Performance" and “quintessential Britney” said together could only mean our girl is definitely coming back to us.

So what do we think? Is this a confirmation? I mean, one that we will trust? Is Britney really going to perform on stage? Will it be a song we haven't heard yet? Is anyone else excited?!

Britney Spears At Recording Studio With Her Mother

A camera shy Britney Spears was photographed exiting Conaway recording studios with her mother Lynn. It's so nice to see her parents back in the picture. It's exactly what Britney needs to stay on track. Even the haters can't deny the noticeable difference.

Too bad Jamie Lynn doesn't spend more time with her older sister. But we all know that the Nickelodeon star currently has her hands full.

Is anyone excited about the potential of Britney performing at the VMAs?

Britney Spears Will Pay $900,000 In Legal Fees

Holy smokes! After all is said and done with the ongoing custody case between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline, she'll end up paying about $900,000 in legal fees alone.

In March Britney paid $495,000 to Kevin's legal team.

Britney's current lawyer, Stacy Phillips, now wants $338,414.87 for her work and she says that's a discounted price. But, to give you an idea, Britney's last lawyer, was paid just $60,000 for 2 months of work.

Phillips says that Spears’ conservatorship arrangement, which has gotten much of the credit for her 180-degree turn for the better over the last five months, made her case more complex.

Britney's father will contest the fees as being exorbitant in September.

What do you think, is what the lawyer is charging fair for how complicated Britney's case really has been? Or is this just someone trying to take advantage of a very wealthy client?

More promotional videos have been released to help promote the MTV VMA awards with Britney Spears. It's nice to see the industry once again embracing the pop star instead of throwing her under the bus.

The VMAs could have totally taken a different approach mocking last year's performance instead of playing nice with Brit Brit.

Britney Spears Loves To Clean Her House

Trickle. Trickle. Trickle. Here are a few more quotes from Britney Spears' mind numbing interview that is set to release this Fridday. This time the singer admits to her obsession with cleaning her house.

"If she (her maid) takes it all into her own hands, well, what’s for me do? "I’m a cleaning fanatic. Dusting is my favorite, and Windex-ing."

Isn't that cute? She likes to dust....what? Cleaning is my absolutely most hated chore. Although I know some people who are fanatical about it. Like incapable of enjoying company because they are too busy wiping off the smudge marks on their floors. Dead serious.

Britney also admitted that she wrote a song about her boys that will release with her new album.]

"I actually wrote a song for my new album called My Baby. It’s a real beautiful song."

And what about her plans of becoming an actress? Britney says it's in the works!

"I’d love to, if we can find the right movie. Actually, I have a part that just came up. We’re just trying to work it out with my schedule, with the children."

Movies aren't the only thing Britney has on her mind. The pop princess wants to tackle a clothing line too. If those boots make it into the Fall line...

"We’re looking into it. It could happen. Probably women’s clothes first and then go into children. I’d probably come up with the themes, like an ’80s line."

It's not like they are going to release all the juicy stuff days before the magazine actually hits the stand. But if these quotes are any indication about the type of questions that were asked to Britney Spears during her first interview in the last two years, I'd say to not get your hopes up. Here are a few excerpts from Ok! Magazine due to release this Friday.

On becoming an aunt:

"That was special, but it was also strange because she’s always been the baby. And now the baby was having a baby.. . I was shocked a little bit . It was mind-boggling . I'm sure the boys will be like big brothers to Maddie."

On her boys joining the entertainment industry:

"I'd love them unconditionally if they wanted to. I'd just as soon they have a more normal childhood.

On her upcoming album:

Aww... low blow! We've all gone past this haven't we? I haven't looked at the shaved head Britney Spears in such a long time. I didn't realize people were still referencing it.

Solange Knowles is tired of people asking her about her famous sister. Sometimes she even pretends that they aren't related. It's the only thing she can do to not turn into... well, you know who.

Britney Spears' Tell All Interview Out This Friday

Rumor has it that Britney Spears' first sit down interview in nearly two years is set to release this Friday. Who got the exclusive? OK! Magazine...

I guess Ok! has come across a boat load of money lately because they are scooping up things I thought would go to People Magazine. Jessica Alba and Matthew McConaughey's baby shots and now THIS?!

Spears is said to have just completed her first exclusive sit-down interview and photo shoot in nearly two years. OK! magazine, the same publication that attempted to deliver Spears' previous exclusive agreement, is said to be running her tell-all in this week’s issue.

So what gives? What is becoming of Ok? Are they trying to angle themselves as... a reputable source? I'm excited!!

Speaking of sources , a chatty one (cough cough - staff member from OK) says the interview also includes Jamie Spears talking about Kevin Federline and his relationship with Britney.

But this time around, a source says that things went quite well. Not only did Spears answer questions (with no couture dresses harmed in the process), but her dad, Jamie Spears, who’s never spoken at length with the media, was forthcoming about Spears’ relationship with her management, Kevin Federline and her sons. The issue is on stands nationwide on Friday.
