Taylor Swift Was "Annoying" In High School

Here we go! Yet another celebrity who had a really terrible childhood. While Taylor Swift isn't claiming she was the ugly duckling, she IS admitting that her classmates thought she was "annoying".

Growing up on a Christmas tree farm] was basically a shunning – and that’s never a good thing, you know? A lot of girls thought I was weird. Actually, the word they liked to use was annoying.

"I'd sit at their lunch table and they'd move to a different one."

But making it in the industry surely must have changed her status right? Not exactly...

"It's funny - I thought my contact list in my phone would grow if I was in the music industry. But I had more people in my phone book when I was in high school!"

Well, at least she is being honest. You can't ask for more than that.

Taylor Swift Is Careful With Her Money

Yes, Taylor Swift is a multi-millionaire teen who has really just begun in the music industry. But that doesn't mean she is going to embark on countless shopping sprees or trips around the word. This girl is careful with her money.

In fact, the only purchase this country girl felt justified making was something that would help her career - the tour bus.

"I think my biggest splurge so far has been my tour bus. If I’m spending money, it's gonna be putting it back into my career. I don’t like to be extravagant any other place.

"My tour bus is really important because I live there. I’m there more than when I’m home. So, I put a fireplace on my tour bus and a flip-down treadmill and a really comfortable bed. I feel like I’m home whenever I’m on my tour bus. I do not regret that splurge.

I am all for being wise with your money. More people should think twice before taking out their checkbooks for unnecessary buys. But my goodness Taylor - live a LITTLE. You've earned one splurge! Look at all you've accomplished!

Dresses From The 2008 Glamour Woman Of The Year Awards

I love how red carpet events in NYC usually don't have red carpets. The actors and actresses just walk on the street into whatever venue the function chose to use. That's a big difference between the East and the West.

America Ferrera, Kate Bosworth, Natalie Portman, Jane Krakowski, Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban, Fergie, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Taylor Swift, Debra Messing, and Tyra Banks all stepped out to attend the 2008 Glamour Woman of the Year Awards held at the Carnegie Hall.

Nicole obviously was the recipient and while wearing a L'Wren Scott cream sheath down the red carpet, she said about her win: "It's such a privilege. I feel a little overwhelmed."

Taylor Swift has joined the number of celebrities who've snapped back at the paparazzi. Here she is leaving her downtown hotel en route to the David Letterman show, stopping outside to take a few pictures of the waiting paparazzi.

But do they ever print them out? Add them to a photo album? Post them online? Or do they think they are making the paps uncomfortable while doing it? Perhaps making them rethink their occupation?

Got Milk? Taylor Swift Does

Between graduating from high school, becoming a Billboard chart-topping country super star, and scoring the CMA nomination for Best Female Vocalist of the Year, 18-year-old Taylor Swift has a hectic schedule. Swift is the latest celeb to join the ‘Body by Milk’ campaign created to encourage teens to drink three glasses of lowfat or fat free milk everyday and eat right to stay lean and healthy. Other stars who have recently modeled the famous white ‘stache include Rihanna, Miley Cyrus and the All-American Rejects.

“Swift pick. In this business, you’ve got to be decisive. So I choose milk. Some studies suggest that teens who choose milk instead of sugary drinks tend to be leaner, and the protein helps to build muscle. So eat right, exercise and drink 3 glasses of lowfat or fat free milk a day. Music to my ears.”

The ad will appear on shelves November 7.

Us Weekly has a very interesting cover story this week. Hilary Duff, Taylor Swift and Lauren Conrad each confessed the body part they hate to dress. Everyone has one. Some have several! Here's the breakdown.

Lauren Conrad: "I'm always trying to hide my thighs, whether it's with a longer T-shirt or a skirt with a natural waist."

Hilary Duff: "I'm always wearing scarves to de-accentuate my shoulders."

Taylor Swift: Skirts and jeans "have to be either low- or high-waisted. It can't be in the middle; I'm so tall [5-foot-11] it would make me look weird."

What's the part of your body you have to work extra hard on while dressing? Mine is most certainly the thigh region.

The Red Carpet Premiere Of Another Cinderella Story

Friends Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift walked the red carpet for the premiere of 'Another Cinderella Story' held at The Grove in Los Angeles. The rest of the guests were all tweens who I have never heard of before. But then like a ray of sun peeking out from a dark cloud, I spot Zachary Quinto! LOVE HIM!

Did a quick search on IMDB and he isn't listed for the film. So I was curious to hear if anyone knew WHY he would show up to this very young premiere?
