What is it these days with celebrity's dads and their problems with the law.  Hilary Duff's father, Bob Duff, is has been sentenced with jail time after he violated, "a court order that prohibited him from selling off assets without the consent of his estranged wife."

The divorce battle between Bob and Susan Duff has been going on for 2.5 years now.  In Susan's most recent court visit, she asked for more money.

In court to request $25,000 to celebrate Hilary's birthday, which is Sept. 28, Susan Duff testified today that the $10,000 monthly support payments she receives are "not even enough to pay my own bills," let alone pay for a quality bday bash for Hilary that will measure up to the one they threw for older daughter Haylie in 2006.

Susan has been using Hilary's money (with her consent, of course) while waiting to receive more in support payments.

She also testified that Hilary was "emotionally upset by the abandonment of her father," and said of her ex-husband,

"I know he's a millionaire, and he's got the funds."

Yikes, is it fair for Susan to bring Hilary into all this???

For a while there, people were speculating that Kirsten Dunst was dating Drew Barrymore's ex, Justin Long.  But, it looks like that's not the case, as she's rumored to have found love with a new guy who is..a little grungy, a little rock, a little rough around the edges.  His name is Andrew VanWyngarden and he's the front man for a band called MGMT. None of my photo agencies have pictures of him, but just google and you can see what he looks like! 

She definitely has a type!

Oh no! I really had high hopes for these two. Sadly enough, Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton have called it quits. Nicollette's rep has already given a confirmation so there is no turning back.

"Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton have amicably ended their engagement. They appreciate your respect for their privacy in this matter." 

I really liked these two together... especially with the whole playing Scrabble together since the early 90s thing they had going. 

I am so heartbroken for him. Dr. Dre's 20 year old son, Andre Romelle Young Jr, has been found dead. No details have been given so far on cause of death.

Young was discovered in his bed at around 10:30 a.m. Saturday by his mother, who attempted to wake him, the coroner's spokesperson tells MTV News.

Young was unresponsive, so she called paramedics, who responded to the scene.

Efforts to revive him failed, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

In a statement Dre's spokesperson said,

"Dr. Dre is mourning the loss of his son Andre Young Jr," his rep said in a statement to MTV on Tuesday. "Please respect his family's grief and privacy at this time."

My heart goes out to the family. I cannot even begin to imagine feeling the immense loss they're going through right now.

Unfortunately for her, Denise Richards' reality show didn't do too hot with ratings. Rumors about this have been flying for a while now, so it looks like this is her last season. It's now been confirmed that what I wrote about the show maybe getting the axe, is true.

"The numbers started out pretty good - just over 1.5 million tuned in for the premiere episode. But the audience has dropped off. "

Denise had originally said that she wanted to use to the show to give us insight into the real her and demonstrate a different side to the public than what is portrayed in the media. If you caught her show at all do you think she managed to do so?

There's one person who will be thrilled about this...Charlie Sheen, since he didn't want his little girls on it to begin with!

While vacationing in Hawaii with her family, Courtney Cox was involved in a minor car accident. On Saturday afternoon, her white BMW collided with a truck on the Big Island by the Waikoloa Beach Resort area of South Kohala. Thankfully, Courtney and the truck driver are both doing ok.

Reports aren't clear whether or not Courntey was in the car with Coco or  David Arquette.

SO much baby news in the past couple of weeks, it's crazy! Since we're getting a little oversaturated by women with bellies I thought I'd throw these two stories up in one post. First off, Alessandra Ambrosio gave birth this weekend to a baby girl. She delivered in a hospital in her native Brazil. Her little angel's name is Anja Louise Ambrosio and she weighed 6.3 pounds. Alessandra will be selling Anja's baby pics to a major magazine with all proceeds going to benefit the MS Children's Fund. Congrats to her!

And secondly, Charlie Sheen's new wife, Brooke Mueller, are expecting!

“They are so happy and excited. They are in love, and this news makes things even better.”

So congrats to them as well! I wonder if Charlie told Denise before the story leaked or if she is finding out with the rest of us as well.

Catt Sadler from the Daily 10 brought her little boys to Carnie Wilson’s house for a play date.  The pair chatted about Carnie about being 20 pounds away from her goal weight, having more children, working with Bobby Brown, and the possibility of another Playboy spread. See the highlights below or catch it all tonight at 7:30 p.m.

When Sadler asks how she balances her music and television careers along with being a mother, Wilson says: 

“It’s hard, there is almost this guilt, that I am sure, you have as well being a mom.  You can never be there enough for your children, you can never love them enough, and that’s the way it should be.  But when you are working, it’s about balancing, and planning your time.”

When asked if she wants more children, Wilson says: 

“I do, I am getting my body in really good shape.  I just lost over 40 pounds, in the last 3 months.   I’m eating beautifully -- healthy, is my new lifestyle.”

Wilson shares that seeing a photo of herself  on a website inspired her to lose the weight: 

“This picture of me walking on the street… it was the snap shot, literally, and I look and I said, ‘oh, this is not good, I don’t look healthy I don’t look happy,’ and I wasn’t.   I was really getting scared again, and huum,....I set a goal, and is between 150 and 160 pounds, and I will get there.  I am just 20 pounds away from that.”

Sadler asks Wilson if she’ll celebrate her new body with another Playboy pictorial, and Wilson responds: 

“I don't think so...No...That was fun once.”

Regarding working with Bobby Brown on their CMT reality show “Outsiders Inn,” Wilson says: 

“Bobby’s behavioral is normal to me.  I used to act something like that,  and then I grew up, had a baby, and got responsible.  He is just a wild guy, he loves life.”

Seriously, what is in the water? This week has been INSANE with baby news. Even an ex-Spice Girl has something to announce. Melanie C, aka Sporty Spice, wrote on her blog that she is expecting her first child with boyfriend Tom Starr.

There had been some speculation about whether or not the singer was carrying her first child, but not it is confirmed. Melanie asked her fans for privacy and respect during this time and apologized for delaying work on her 5th album. 

Wow... who is next? It comes in tens you know. :)

Well, that was quick. We got the news she went in to the hospital and now it's been confirmed that Gwen Stefani has given birth to a baby boy! His full name is Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale. What do you think? Crazy celebrity name, or cute and makes a perfect coupling with Kingston?
