don't worry - life in colorado is still uneventful for all who don't have parents who own a cabin in the mountains. i thought this convention was going to change my life but instead i've been too busy with school to attend anything. i'm leaving now to watch obama's speech projected onto a wall at a pretentious gallery downtown... i'd better bump into some celebs on the way. my friend saw susan serandon, rosario dawson and eva longoria. if that happened to us we would have heckled longoria, right? p.s. i e-mailed you about how angry i am about the V05 contest.

i do live in denver! if you still lived in monument we could go to the democratic national convention and stalk politicians, news anchors, and celebrities together. i know where CNN is setting up camp - i like to think that i'll catch anderson cooper's eye... we'll fornicate, i'll become pregnant, we'll have a shotgun wedding and BAM - i'll be a vanderbilt!

i've been listening to the scarjo album a lot since we talked about it the other day. dude i am telling you - it gets better with every listen. since you like "falling down" (so good! it's my favorite!) i've been trying to single out what other song you should download - something that would convince you that you need the whole album! i really like her cover of "i don't want to grow up" (poppy!) but "green grass" is really gorgeous. what yeah yeah yeahs album should i start with? i only know "cheated hearts" and love it.
