And she’s wearing heels again. So the relaxation period is over and things are once again right in this world. Although I am sure that Victoria is wishing for those flip flops again since they are much more forgiven than heels on bunions. OUCH!

Victoria Beckham Talks Kids, Heels And George Clooney

Victoria Beckham gave a great interview for this month’s Glamour magazine. She dished about her looks, wearing heels, jealousy and…sharing a plane with George Clooney.

On how much high heels hurt:

“Absolutely [heels make my feet] hurt. Absolutely! I’m not going to lie. But no pain, no gain, as they say. I don’t mind. I will suffer. I don’t wear heels every day, but when I’m out, that’s how I feel confident.”

She shares her feelings about her looks:

I’m not a supermodel. I make the best of what I’ve got. I work out to look the best that I can, but I’m no Gisele.”

For their first date, David didn’t know much about her so he bought tabloids to try to learn things about her!

“When I first went out with David, I was in the Spice Girls, and David wasn’t so known. He told me when I got to know him a little better that he didn’t know very much about me, so he bought tabloids. He read that I liked Prada. So he went out and bought Prada trousers, Prada shoes, a Prada shirt, Prada jacket.”

She says other celebrities do leave her feeling nervous:

“Nervous in a good way. I [once] shared a plane with George Clooney. I still get excited. My mum and I said, ‘Oh my God’…I’m leading an extraordinary life. I never try to be too cool about [it].”

She’s also cool with the rest of us drooling over her husband. (Whew!)

“It’s not healthy to be jealous. I look at David and I think, He’s so handsome and I’m so lucky to have him as a husband. And he’s an amazing father. I don’t blame people for looking at him and finding him attractive. I mean, I do.”

She spends a lot of time volunteering at the boys’ school:

“I travel a fair amount, and when I’m here in L.A., everything revolves around the kids. So if I’m not working, I go to the school and help serve lunches to the children. They just love that. It’s like, Oh, there’s Mummy serving me!”

Victoria Beckham Takes The Boys Out For Lunch Then To The Beach In FLIP FLOPS

Has the real Victoria Beckham been kidnapped and replaced by this impostor? I mean… flats again? Something ain’t right and I’m not drinking the Kool-aid. There is trouble in the Beckham household. We need a heel intervention!!!

Actually – I quite like the new Victoria. She seems so much more relaxed and down to Earth doesn’t she?

Here she is with her boys leaving Tra Di Noi restaurant, grabbing a few cones of ice cream and then heading off to the beach. Looks like a perfect afternoon.

Victoria Beckham And Jennifer Lopez Wear The Same Dress Size

Yep, you read the headline correctly. But I’m not the one making this claim: Victoria Beckham is. Victoria was talking about her fashion line when she said this:

‘My dresses are for women of all different shapes and sizes.

‘Actually, the one I tried on yesterday was the one Jennifer wore. And who’d have thought I’d be the same size as Jennifer Lopez!’

WHAT? I had to do a little bit of digging around on this. My first thought was: well, Posh must be taller than JLo.

Nope. According to IMDb, Victoria is 5’4″ (really?) while Jennifer is 5’6″.

I almost made this a fact or fiction post, but tell me, do you think Victoria and Jennifer wear the same size dress? I just have a hard time believing it, but… looking at these pictures… maybe.

Then again, I’m also having a hard time believing Victoria’s clothes will fit the “average size” woman, but I can at least try them on when the line comes out to see

Victoria Beckham Offered $40 Million To Design Dubai Hotel

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Victoria Beckham has been offered $40 million to design a luxury hotel in Dubai. I can’t believe the NUMBER is so high. She has no background in architectural design and I’m not so sure her name is strong enough for people to want to stay in the hotel because she worked on the layout.

The former Spice Girls singer was personally approached by Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum who asked her to lend her talents to the project after meeting Victoria and David when they vacationed in the Gulf last summer.

The hotel will be located on a fashion-themed island called Isla Moda off the Dubai coast, which is part of The World development – a man-made archipelago of 300 islands constructed in the shape of a map of the landmasses of the Earth.

Victoria is supposedly surprised by the offer as well.

“Even in these credit-crunched times, the fee offered to Victoria was astronomical. She was absolutely stunned.”

No word on whether Victoria has accepted this offer, but if she does she will work with Karl Lagerfeld on the creation.

Oh and by the way, notice that Victoria is wearing flats in this picture set. It’s like backwards day or something! I think this is the first time in YEARS that the former Spice Girl was photographed not wearing heels.

Are You Ready For Spice Girls: The Musical?

The music of the The Spice Girls is heading to a stage near you! Judy Craymer, who produced both the stage and movie versions of ‘Mamma Mia!’ is creating a show based on the music of the group. She will be producing it with ‘American Idol’ creator Simon Fuller.

The show is tentatively being called “Viva Forever”. So far there are no set dates that production will begin.

Victoria Beckham Talks About Her Boys

Victoria Beckham is amazed at the differences between her three sons.

The former Spice Girls singer-turned-fashion designer – who has Brooklyn, 10, Romeo, seven and Cruz, four, with David Beckham – says the trio are growing up quickly and have little in common with one another. She told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS radio show:

“They are so different. I mean you’ve got Brooklyn who is a real boy, he’s turning into a teenager. It takes him quite some time to do his hair in the morning before he goes to school. Then we have Romeo who loves fashion. He likes to go out in a suit with a bowler hat… he’s a real fashion lover. And Cruz just wants to break dance every opportunity he gets.”

Meanwhile, it has been reported Victoria has been offered a job styling contestants on ‘American Idol’ following her recent stint as a guest judge on the TV singing contest.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase Victoria’s spectacular eye for fashion. She’s giving the offer serious thought.”

Victoria Beckham Spends $800,000 During One Shopping Trip

Victoria Beckham reportedly spent over $800,000 during one day of shopping. Hey to the now.

While in Milan visiting her forever traveling husband David, she wanted to revamp her wardrobe a bit and got busy.

According to the Daily Star newspaper, among the items she purchased were 20 pairs of Dolce and Gabbana shoes, 12 pairs of Versace sunglasses and a $650,000 Rolex watch.

WHAT! Honestly, I’ve never been a watch person. I just don’t get it. Why on EARTH would you want to spend $600,000 on a watch? Just because you can? Is that really a good enough answer?

Victoria admitted she always overspends when she is in the Italian fashion capital.

“I’ve spent too much. Shopping is like a drug. The more you have the more you want. When I’m in Milan I don’t know how to resist it. The things in those wonderful boutiques are saying, ‘Come and buy me, come and buy me.’ Anyway, it helps the economy.”

Designer friends of Victoria, including Giorgio Armani, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, closed their stores to the public so she could shop without being bothered by fans.

Does that quote sound like it came from Victoria? “The more you have the more you want”? Something’s fishy. She’s not really showy like that is she? Besides, we KNOW she’s in LA right now. Take this one with a grain of salt.

David Beckham Got A Bulldog For Christmas From Victoria

Victoria Beckham bought husband David a Bulldog for Christmas.The former Spice Girl splashed out $4,000 on the pet and gave it to him during the family’s festive celebrations at their UK home in Hertfordshire.

The as yet unnamed pooch will soon be flown out to Los Angeles to live with the couple and their three sons – Brooklyn, ten, Romeo, seven, and four-year-old Cruz.

I’m sure the boys will get a kick out of this gift just as much as their dad will. So why a bulldog? A family friend told The Sun newspaper:

“David absolutely loves the bulldog. Victoria said she chose the breed because it is a symbol of David’s spirit on the soccer field. He will be flown out to Los Angeles so the boys can look after it when their dad is away.”

This isn’t the Beckham’s first dog – in fact – it’s their third. David already has two Rottweilers named Snoopy and Puff. Wonder what he will name this new one?!!

Victoria Beckham Will Be A Guest Judge Again

But this time, she won’t be judging on ‘American Idol.’ She’ll be a celebrity guest judge on the British reality TV show ‘Dancing on Ice.’ Why would Victoria Beckham be a guest judge for a show about ice dancing?

To support her former Spice Girls bandmate Emma Bunton, who will be a regular judge on the show. Victoria’s even bringing her sons with her, who reportedly are big ice skating fans. The shows producers “are hoping” Victoria can get David Beckham to attend, too.

It’s good to see the Spice Girls supporting one another! Would you like to see another Spice Girls reunion?

Victoria Beckham returned to London after spending the week in Paris. She certainly knows how to dress up a basic black outfit, doesn’t she?

Look at that ring on her finger. Do you like those sorts of things? I wonder about their practicality: do they bend or must you leave your finger pretty much straight like that? And, of course, the fur stole. It covers up the key parts of her see-through top.

Reports in Britain say she “had the mickey taken out of her earlier in the week for looking like Gestapo chief Herr Flick in TV’s ‘Allo ‘Allo.” Did you hear about this?

When I first saw this set of pictures, I was so focused on Victoria Beckham’s upswept ‘do, I didn’t notice something. Take a look. Do you see what’s missing?

One of Victoria’s trademark stilettos! The UK paper The Sun certainly noticed, as did the Daily Star.

Victoria covered it well, though, don’t you think? I’m guessing the heel broke. The shoe couldn’t have just slipped off!

So far, Victoria’s been able to keep both shoes during the rest of her time in Paris. She was spotted out shopping and with Louis Vuitton creative director Marc Jacobs, and both times, as you can see, she had both shoes

Victoria Beckham Gives Her Collection A Makeover

Women’s Wear Daily reports Victoria Beckham has “overhauled and renamed” each piece in her denim and eyewear collection. The new styles will debut Wednesday on Net-a-porter.com and a few select stores.

I Can’t Wait to see what she’s done: I love Victoria’s sense of style! Why the overhaul?

“I’m my competition. I want to do better next season than I did this season. And I’m sure the season after that I will want to beat myself again.”

I don’t think Victoria really has anything to worry about; it’s estimated her collection will earn $7.5 MILLION in sales next year! However, I enjoy watching what she comes up with

Victoria Beckham’s Dresses Stolen

Oh Posh! A van carrying approximately $583,000 worth of Victoria Beckham’s dresses for her spring/summer fashion collection was robbed en route to Heathrow Airport (where the dresses were to be flown to Neiman Marcus in New York).

Victoria is said to be “shocked and upset.” I guess so! She has to try to have the dresses re-made in time to fill the order.

What’s the use of stealing those dresses? They’re going to be instantly recognizable as stolen property! Hopefully Victoria can get the remade in time.

I’m definitely interested in taking a look at this collection, even if the actual clothes may be out of my price range. How about you?

Victoria Beckham Needs Foot Surgery

Victoria Beckham’s killer heels have finally gotten the better of her: or at least, her feet. She reportedly needs to have foot surgery to have bunions removed that formed from wearing high heels for years.

Victoria, however, is supposedly resisting because she wouldn’t be able to wear heels months afterwards, and she doesn’t like flats.

“I beyond hate ballerina flats. I can’t walk in them. Unless they’re on a ballet dancer doing ballet, I just don’t get it. I love heels. I hate my feet – they are the most disgusting thing about me.”

Maybe that’s how she maintains her trademark scowl: foot pain will wipe the smile off anyone’s face.

Victoria reportedly has even gone so far as to have corrective insoles and doing exercises in an effort to avoid the surgery. I guess I can understand. Can you imagine Posh without her heels?

Victoria Beckham Doesn’t Sleep

Victoria Beckham recently revealed what keeps her coming back to bed at night.

“I’m getting into bed with David Beckham every night, so, you know, there’d be something wrong if I said ‘sleep’”. When asked if she wears sexy lingerie or not Victoria replied, “I tend to wear nothing. But David bought me these little sets from Agent Provocateur, his favourite store.”

Oh my! That’s quite a look in to their marriage! Lol. I probably wouldn’t be getting out of bed if David Beckham was my husband too! It’s good to hear they’re still going strong even after 10 years of marriage.

In other news, Victoria is apparently fed up with people who criticize the color of her skin.

I don’t self-tan any more. It’s frustrating when people criticise my colour. It’s the colour that I am. I wear sunblock, but I live in a hot climate.”

Blake Lively Will Model For Victoria Beckham

Victoria Beckham reportedly is so impressed with Blake Lively’s beauty that she’s asked the ‘Gossip Girl’ actress to model her next collection of dresses.

The former Spice Girl, who designs as well as models her eponymous couture, met Blake at New York Fashion Week in September and the pair got along famously.

Blake, who is a fan of Victoria’s clothes, persuaded the star to take a cameo role in the TV show and Victoria has returned the favour by asking Blake to model her next collection.

Blake actually seems like a good choice: she’ll bring attention to the event, and she has the body of a model, so I can totally see this. What do you think of Victoria’s choice?

Victoria Beckham Is Proud Of Brooklyn’s Interest In Charity Work

Victoria Beckham is “delighted” her son is getting involved in charity work.

Brooklyn Beckham – her eldest child visited a poverty-stricken area of Kentucky with Save The Children after learning about it at his school in Los Angeles.

The 10-year-old played soccer with children at Manchester Elementary School and presented them with shoes and backpacks, before joining in with an after-school reading group.

Victoria said:

“I’m pleased Brooklyn is learning that by helping and joining other children he can play a role in making his generation the greatest yet.

“Seeing Save the Children’s innovative program in action, I know that we can begin to reverse the childhood poverty crisis.”

She added:

“What I saw in Clay County was the hope and promise inherent in every child.

“That’s why we have to make sure every single child has a fair and equal start in life.”

Victoria was said to be “thrilled” when Brooklyn said he wanted to accompany her on the charity visit.

A source said:

“She thinks it will help Brooklyn keep his feet on the ground.”

I think it’s great to lead kids in volunteer and charity work at a young age. Princess Diana used to do that with her kids and they both are very active in helping charities now. Makes your heart melt to see little ones helping out like that.

Serena Williams is inspired by Victoria Beckham’s style.

Serena says that she’s obsessed with Victoria’s hair styles.

“I love Posh. She’s my icon when it comes to hair. “I love her hair, it’s always amazing, she’s just revealed a new tousled look and I’m obsessed with it already.

She’s speaking of the hairstyle shown here. I think this is one my favorite styles of Victoria’s, too.

Serena also added:

“I just really love the Spice Girls, I always have. ‘Girl Power!’”

Do you look to Victoria for hair inspiration? I’ll admit that her hair and clothing styles look amazing on her. I’m just not so sure how they’d look on me.
